We love the pool area outside with the grills and day beds. I also love the sidewalks up to the other building making it easy to have a nice walk whenever I want!

So far everything is great! Washing machine had some problems the day we moved in but maintenance was able to replace and have a new one running the next day.

Below expectations. Too much noise late at night from neighbors and people outside. Garbage disposal staff provide false reports. Management does not have proper written or verbal etiquette and rude quite frankly.

We just moved in but already love it! The area is quiet and inside the apartment you cannot hear anyone else, when you are in the halls you can hear others from their apartments but that’s expected!

Very nice. I like all the events that they organize and it's nice to live here. They also do something creative every holiday. I like that they have a small gym and Amazon locker.

It has been a great experience so far! The apartments are extremely safe and fairly new. Living here in winter months can be helpful if you workout, they have a gym too!

Everything about Artisan at Robinson is wonderful, and my wife and I are really enjoying our time here. Business Center is quiet and clean enabling much fine Video Conference Meeting. Individual Air Conditioning is also fine. Hope anyone not occupy this space with non-Biz-usage.

Haven't been here long, but so I love my new place. Apartment itself is beautiful and cozy. I am a little upset that our coffee was free, but now we have to pay for it and some of my fellow tenants are not very respectful of the noise rules, otherwise things are good.

I’m the first to live in my unit and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The unit receives a lot of lighting & faces the courtyard, which I like. I can hear excitement from my neighbor’s dog above— probably when they get back from their walkie or at the dog park. But other than that, it’s very nice & modern ??

My time here so far has been nothing short of wonderful. The location is so quiet and once, but I am still surrounded by everything I need and can think of. The staff here is super busy but still take time to remember names and care about you. My requests for any sort of maintenance are usually taken care of quickly, and I haven't had issues with anything since. I truly love it here.

Initially the process of acquiring the apartment was great there were just a couple of misses with communication between myself and the office. Once we got on the same page with communication things started to move accordingly. The team is great at this location and very friendly.

The management responds quickly for any issues. It’s a new building so everything is very nice, but like any new building, things have to be adjusted from the builders as people live in the building. Thus, the amenities are great, and if the staff is good, like it is here, then it is a pleasant living experience.

Apartment is always clean, quiet, safe and friendly for all of resident. Pool is also fantastic with water purifier of high-end-specification.

I just moved into my apartment a few weeks ago and the unit is absolutely beautiful. The common spaces are clean and well kept and the staff in the leasing office and on the maintenance team are so friendly and helpful. They have been quick to answer questions and remember you by name. Overall, a wonderful experience so far!

The apartments has been beautiful and the amenities great. Our time at the artisan has been fantastic. Between the pool and community events, we could not ask for a better place to the live. The convenience of being outside the city and having so much to do around you is also great.
