I like our apartments, but sometimes there are problems with solving technical problems in them, the staff takes a very long time to respond, they also do not offer any discounts for extending the contract, but only add the cost every year, but no changes occur, the jacuzzi is constantly cold and does not work, the shower head in the jacuzzi was screwed in a couple of months ago, and before that there was just a pipe, everything is not done in a timely manner, one grill was removed from the grill area and there are no instructions on how it works, as well as the place for the fire, it is not clear how to use it
I like this community, the area, the team. My dog especially loves living here. There are amazing park, beautiful apartments area with paw spa and bark park. The Ardent team always helps fast. What about the minuses: the swimming pools are often closed, and the residents are too lazy to scoop after their dogs.
We are so happy with the Ardent! We have loved everything about our apartment and the amenities here. I have even recommended this place to a friend recently who is moving to Mill Creek soon! Can’t say enough good things!

The building was fine besides the water damage to the baseboards. Outside the apartments is quite dirty, the leasing office is not super easy to get ahold of & if you have a problem after 6pm, its impossible. They charged us for every little thing they could, you don't even get free parking, you have to pay no matter what. Trash valet is nice, if you don't have more than one bag of trash, otherwise they won't pick up & they often make a mess of things. They do have a lot of nice things for dogs; parks, wash station, trails, ect. But overall, would not recommend to a friend or family member.

My husband and I moved in last month, and so far we’re really enjoying it. The environment is quiet, which has been great for relaxing and working from home. The apartment management responds quickly whenever we have a question, which makes us feel well taken care of. We’re also happy with the amenities, everything is in good condition and convenient. There’s plenty of parking, which has been a huge plus for us. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far.

It is a beautiful please and safe place. The gym is very good, the gardens are always perfect. They pick up the trash for you, the main pool has a beautiful view and everybody is very respectful.

I had a wonderful experience until my car was damaged under the 1st night at the carport. I've since cancelled the carport as someone in the area thinks its acceptable to smash side windows in. I'm still optimistic for time at the pool as it's a beautiful facility, that needs security cameras.

It’s chill. The area behind our building has dirt and grass, whenever it rains it’s like a mud pool. Terrible to walk through. Also there’s no light where we walk into our side of the parking lot and the sidewalks have these gaps so when you’re walking out at nighttime, I stg I’ve tripped almost everytime lol. It’s like pitch black. Besides that tho it’s p good

Wonderful and attentive staff. Always had questions and complaints handles in a reasonably time. This staff works hard to accommodate a large property. While the price is high for our apartment, we appreciate everything.

To much dog poop outside all the time and garbage. Never seems to be picked up. Other than that it's a nice apartment to live at. Thank you.

I’d like to tell about the advantages of this place. There is the perfect neighborhood, so quiet and welcoming. The leasing office and maintenance are very responsive and helpful. Just imagine. I wrote that it would be great to have a step platform at the fitness room. And it appeared there. And of course it’s a great place to live with a dog.

Everything has been great so far! The maintenance team handles requests promptly, the trash service is nice although it is not always as scheduled. Sometimes they’ll come an hour early or late. The office staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean. The only thing that could be improved is the parking situation and the price of rent.

We love our living in Ardent! Ouite and nice place. Lot’s nature around plus parks, downtown of Mill Creek and library are 15 min walking. Garbage service, maintenance service, quick management response. Great pet bath area!

Like I said before, if you don't live close to the office, nobody care about the other side; there are dogs poop all over the place, a lot of noise and more problems. I sent, probably, 2 or 3 messages about bathroom mold and nobody come here to see. So, we been here for 3 years and we're glad to move.

This apartment has Great amenities! Wonderful staff that support inclusion and community. Maintenance can take awhile to get. Neighbors are lovely but some have an unfortunate superiority complex :(

Pros: Location: Very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Maintenance: Generally responsive—most issues were handled within 1–2 days. Amenities: The fitness center and pool were nice at first, but some features (like the spa and gym equipment) broke down and were never repaired. The package locker is a plus. Environment: Quiet overall, though neighbors were noisy and marijuana odors were frequent, which impacted my health. Cons: Rent Increases: Slight annual hikes, which is typical. Amenities Upkeep: The hot spa and gym equipment have had ongoing issues despite being reported. Parking: Visitor spots are limited, especially on weekends. Office Staff: Friendly and host occasional events Overall: The Ardent is a decent place to live with a great location. Just be aware of maintenance delays and rising rent. I’d recommend it for those looking for convenience and a relatively peaceful environment. Rating: 4.3/5

We love it here. I’ve never felt unsafe, or uncomfortable in any situation. Neighbors are friendly, staff are helpful and sweet. I work very early in the morning, and I never felt scared walking to my car. The last year has been amazing!

Management changed my move in date 1-2 days before moving. Then I got put in a unit without a functioning oven. The Temperature gauge was broken and when I put in a request to have it fixed they refused. Nick the apartment manager said they wouldn’t replace the oven and that the part was no longer being made. He suggested I look up a picture and draw each little notch on the temperature dial. With a Quick Look on the internet I found the part and had to pay and fix my self. Horrible management. Terrible customer service.

Between the beautiful scenery around the apartment and the awesome amenities (including but not limited to several different recreational gyms, pools, and walking trails) I've very much enjoyed my time here.

Originally When we moved in we really enjoyed this place but as we started to live here things started to crumble. Great for amenities but our appliances and unit is outdated sadly.

Community and experience has been fine enough! My only downside is that there’s some cars that are clearly abandoned that haven’t been towed even though they’ve given tow notices.. the trucks just never come. Also, unfortunately, they haven’t updated the door lock at the north gym so nobody can use it and the other one gets so crowded you really also can’t use that one. It’s frustrating to offer amenities as a perk, but then not be able to use them.

The Ardent is an awesome place to live with the dog. There is a wonderful park so close, large well-kept area, very friendly and helpful staff, many cute areas for active leisure. My fluffy dog is happy here.

We love living at the Ardent! It has been the best apartment I have lived in so far. The spaces are roomy and feel like home! Best part is the trash valet service! I am so happy we chose the ardent as our home!

Move in website was super convenient, allowing internet setup and renters insurance to be very simple. Orientation staff were very friendly and move was convenient.
Not a bad place for the price. The only real big complaint would have to be the people and not cleaning up after their pets .. there are so many times when I see the owner just turn around and walk the other way instead of cleaning up after them.

It’s only a 4 star cause we wanted the floor unit but it’s up a flight of stairs. Other than that we have no issues and love the apartment. Not sure how February will affect rent only having 28 days in the month.

Everyone so far has been super nice, office staff and maintenance have all been great. I love my nice little quiet spot. Grounds are nice and clean. The gym is excellent. (Could use a water cooler) but convenient and clean.

Very nice place, a bit pricey at a decent location. Calling can be difficult as you're bounced between several phone numbers but walk-ins are easy and quick with fast resolution. The process of applying can be a bit lacking in information but nothing a simple text can't fix when asking. Overall a decent place to stay.

I love to live at this community. The Ardent team is the best. They are very friendly, helpful, especially maintenance team. Conditions for my dog are excellent. And we love the park that is located very close to us. But sometimes I’m confused by the payment system here, it doesn’t work clearly and correctly sometimes. But I like Community reward app and I use it actively.

I absolutely love it here. My apartment is so spacious and beautiful. I love the close parking to my apartment and how I don’t have to have a physical key to get into my apartment.

I have lived here for about 3 years and haven't had any trouble with the staff. The apartment windows are old and sweat a lot so mold can be an issue if you don't deal with the moisture. Parking isn't too bad, low crime, and neighbors are all pretty friendly.
