A proud resident here. Always top notch service. Staff in leasing office is also very courteous. Love the environment. People are also nice here. Hoping for a longer stay in this community.

From the very beginning, communication and responsiveness have been disappointing. Maintenance takes far too long to address concerns, and when they do, it often feels like a quick patch-up rather than a real fix. On top of that, things that should be simple — like keeping the property well-maintained and ensuring residents aren’t left dealing with ongoing inconveniences — are consistently overlooked. The way management handles resident needs feels dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me with little confidence that issues will actually get resolved. For the rent being charged here, the level of service and care falls short. If you’re considering moving in, I’d recommend weighing your options carefully. The apartment itself may look fine at first glance, but the headaches that come with it really aren’t worth it.

The community has been nice and quiet but there are issues of loud neighbors and ones that smoke weed consistently. Maintenance request are normally quick and are able to get the issue resolved.

Outside of maintenance and appliance flaws at move-in, the community is great, as well as the leasing agents. Jalisha is very welcoming and helpful.

I wish everyone could get on the same page about closing the back gate to get to the basketball court, splash pad, etc. Or get a door that closes automatically, that way other people who use that area don’t have access to our community. Especially since there are no gates on peoples porches who live at the back of the complex. Someone could easily just come and take our porch furniture.

My rating for my is a five star and beyond it is a very beautiful, peaceful, and clean apartment community. I am just so in love with the choice I made I honestly don’t have words to explain how happy I am, absolutely feels like home! Also, the ladies here are just so nice and welcoming.

I have only been in my apartment for a week. So far so good. Some things are taking longer to get fixed, but they are on top of it keeping me informed of what is going on.

Love this community. The management system is very prompt. The surrounding is very healthy as well.Eeverything is nice and we love living here. Definitely gonna recommend.

Has been a smooth move in process. The staff at the leasing office was very helpful. Love that this apartment is near so much. There is a new HEB, Target, and plenty of restaurant options.

So far it’s been amazing. Everyone has been super helpful and maintenance has fixed every issue thus far. The apartment could’ve been cleaned much better upon arrival but that is okay.

I like it here its calm and its easy to walk to stone hill and to any food place if you are hungry and dont want to drive or even go to the stores and just walk around

At the moment I'm still in love with this place, the view from my balcony, the tranquility and peace that this incredible gives me, I think I'll stay here forever.

I like the comunty but their is a lot of police around and it gets noisy, but still a good place so far i like it here would recommend it to friends

Neighborhood is super convenient with the Stone Hill shopping center just a hop away. I really enjoyed being close to that and the park behind the complex is very nice.

Apartment home was poorly turned. Very small details missed like cleanliness, paint spills, construction errors, etc. These things are not at blame of staff. However, staff is well just okay. Jamie was amazing! The community director only comes out to say nothing is what im noticing. Very stand off ish, not friendly, not hospitable, not concerned about me having 4 things serviced in my home on day 1. No concern for my parking sticker being ripped and then telling me I need to wait to be approved? This MI was an experience to say the least. Staff is only as good as their weakest team member. That is evident.

The experience has been great since we’ve moved in the community is great and very close to work very peaceful and calm just a great place to stay

So far so good. Seeing the quick response to maintenance and community development. Been here for 2 years now, and I can say there’s been improvement since the new management.

New resident, I have enjoyed living here so far! The park behind the apartment complex is lovely. Being so close to everything has been awesome.

Its a nice complex and we like it because its not to far from some of our favorite stores and if we are feeling lazy to drive we can go walking since its super close

The best place to live, my apartment has an incredible view, it is very quiet, the neighbors do not bother, they do not make noise, you live in total tranquility, in addition to a security that gives a lot of happiness.

I've lived here for 5 years it was truly a beautiful experience. Around year 3 they started to allow anybody to move over here. Parking is ridiculous

When I moved into my new apartment, I was blown away by the seamless experience. The leasing team had my keys ready and even gave me a welcome basket with everything i'd need. Maintenance helped me set up my appliances the same day, and the manager checked in to ensure I was settling in well. The building was spotless, and my neighbors were friendly. This wasn't just moving—it felt like coming home, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful touches. Truly a 5-star experience!

We just moved in but so far we really like it. The staff has been nothing but great, and the people here seem very nice. Can’t wait till summer to try out the pool !

Nice quiet community! Love that there is a park right behind me and I can take my dogs to play with other dogs! Also love the lighting in the apartment, very stylish!

We appreciate very much all staff at Century Stonehill North. They are responsive in replying to our concerns or work orders. While it sometimes takes time to complete a work order, they do get it done in a reasonable timeframe. I understand we aren't the only tenants, and they likely have many requests to manage in priority order. Onsite staff always welcoming at front office when we speak with them in person. Jalisha, Nydia, & Tarryn are the three I frequently speak with in the office and always helpful and inviting. The staff was particularly helpful when answering questions during the move-in process. They take their time to ensure we understand everything, which is greatly appreciated. We moved “sight unseen” meaning did not see apt until move in. Move in went smoothly and love our floor plan with amazing view from fourth floor! My only note is regarding the loudness of the AC unit. However, I recognize this is an issue with the property developers and not the Stonehill North staff themselves. Overall, the onsite staff & management team at Century Stonehill North provides attentive and patient service, contributing to a positive living experience in apartment living.

The apartment community is great. However my apartment appliances and flooring are outdated. And it has bugs. Other than that its a good community

Great experience. Helpful staff. It’s been nice to not have to call always for something like I have at past complexes. Neighbors are nice! I like that there’s a lot of open space to walk my dog and that there’s also a trail nearby. We are also very very close to the goat and the shopping center.

I love living here. The convenience, quiet neighborhood, and ease of moving in are why I give it 5 stars. Not to mention the views are nice and the place was clean up on move in.

Love everything about this complex! It’s quiet and clean. The dog stations always have bags and the trail that leads to the park and its surroundings are always tidy.

Pretty decent apartment complex. I will say living on the top floor or in a town home would be best if you’re sensitive to noise because if your neighbor walks heavy it can be a pain to listen to but the ac drowns it out. The location is convenient because there are so many places to eat and shop within walking distance, a small gym in the complex and a large gym to the right and across the street. Very nice location to live.

Century Stonehill North provides a great living experience for singles and families with kids. Lots of stores close by for shopping and eating. Great experience for families with kids.

I’m almost at my 1 year mark and I’d say it’s been a real experience. I love having a gym in walking distance so I don’t have any excuses. Also theres a park that really clean.

Excellent quiet building. Love that I have a great view and neighbors that appreciate privacy. Favorite amenities are the swimming pool and close proximity to the city parks.

The move in process went smoothly, the staff was kind, and the apartment was clean when I moved in. Easiest time I have had moving. Location is convenient.

Perfect place to live, I just like everything about it. Park, pool, restaurants, recreation, reception everything it’s cool. Like I say I love this place I have 2 days living here but I feel i have 2 years right here.

I just moved in recently and had an initial few issues with the apartment unit. But I am exceptionally pleased with how management acted swiftly to rectify the issues and the maintenance team did an excellent job in the process. So far overall things are off to a great start.
