I moved in here very excited about this community, it was small and seemed quiet and I thought I would love it, but it’s came with some problems. First off when I moved in my apartment was disgusting. It was clearly not fully cleaned before my move in. There was sticky stuff all over the floor in the living room/dining room, and broken glass on my bedroom carpet. I scrubbed my living room floor with a swiffer 4 times when I moved in and the swiffer pads were still coming out black. My A/C has went out 3 times since I’ve been here, and each time it’s gotten fixed but clearly something isn’t being done right if it keeps breaking this much. The last time they came to fix it, after it was “fixed” it started making an extremely loud terrible humming noise when it was running to the point that it kept me up some nights because it’s right outside my bedroom window. I have to reset the fuse box in my apartment often because the outlets in my kitchen will randomly go out. My bathroom ceiling is warped and there’s a hole in it that seems it used to leak, I put in an emergency request and it never got fixed. The dog park is so small no size dog really has room to run around in it, and it’s very unkept. The “valet trash” that I pay for is a joke, half the time my trash doesn’t get picked up, and the entire complex only has one compactor, that seems to get so full and overrun with trash that it attracts rats. Yes actual rats. The pool was closed most of the summer, never got to swim in it once, and I haven’t gotten to use to fitness center either because according to my neighbor it’s closed most of the time too. When I moved in here and signed paperwork I was told that my unit is subject to flooding but no flooding has happened in it, but less than a month after I moved in my neighbor told me that the woman before me moved because her unit had flooded, and the warped cabinets in the bathroom would suggest that that’s probably true. And to put the cherry on top the maintenance staff is extremely hard to reach, my kitchen light went out MONTHS ago and I’ve put in 3 maintenance requests for it, and it has still yet to be fixed, and when I put in a complaint I was just told “we tried to come by, and no one answered.” So I just gave up. I’m not usually the type to write an essay about disliking the place I lived because I understand some things are out of the staffs control, but I’ve had a terrible experience living here and I can not wait to move.

While I am generally satisfied with my apartment itself in that it’s a nice place to live & has a great floor plan, I am beyond frustrated that I have been here for over 2 months, and they still have not installed my washer & dryer. It is perpetually back ordered. We have a beautiful pool that is still closed, and a lovely fitness center that is also closed. I’m certain all these amenities are factored into the rent, but I have yet to be able to use them. I was thankfully give a bit of relief for the W/D situation. I also do not appreciate the additional ~$40 fee that gets added to my rent each month for processing. That was not disclosed in the agreement! As I said, the area is lovely, and the floor plans really are great. I’m just extremely disappointed with the lack of amenities that I’m undoubtedly paying for each month. They also only have one maintenance guy, who is great. But you can imagine the backlog of service calls this creates…I wanted to give a better review, I truly did, but some things need to seriously improve first.

I moved in and within the first month my hot water heater went out a total of 10 times before they decided they will have to replace it. That night after they came out to fix it my hot water heater started leaking while I was at work. It flooded my apartment and also had the apartment Below me flooded. I had to take a cold shower for over two weeks since the hot water heater they ordered got stolen. My labtop computer came up missing while I had mx coming in and out all the time. I was told that they go through background checks and was only offered $150 off my rent. We had bad storms and the chimney straight flew off the building and landed on the sidewalk. There is dog poop everywhere. Would not move in here at all.

Second time around leasing with The Arbors on Forest Ridge; the staff has been excellent! Ashley G. has the best customer service and went above and beyond to answer questions and keep me up to date throughout the leasing process. My apartment wasn't ready when I signed the lease, but Ashley let me know the minute I could tour my new space and walked through with me to address and fix any issues before move-in. Ashley, Erica, and Vanessa addressed every question and concern immediately. Maintenance has quickly responded and completed tasks within the next day or two. The property is beautifully maintained, quiet, peaceful, and a better value than my last apartment complex. Many restaurants close by around 183 and 121 area, a water park and baseball fields at Bedford Boys Ranch and located across the street from Bedford Public Library. The only issue is the trash compactor because there is only one for the entire complex, so an additional dumpster would be beneficial. Many thanks to the leasing office and maintenance crew for resolving issues and taking care of your residents.

I left my apartment in almost pristine shape after living there for 2 years. I then get a bill saying I owe nearly $800 in damages and for a key replacement I NEVER received. I managed to get an itemized list from the apartment totaling $500 that included items such as "normal wear and tear" as the industry would call it and they are still trying to charge me for it. This apartment will milk you for every dime you have if you move out. DO NOT LEASE HERE. They say I can dispute the amount but do not give me an option as to how to go about doing so. This management company is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with upon move out. Do not lease here unless you want to be screwed over in the end.

My husband and I have enjoyed living at Arbors on Forest Ridge for about 1 and 1/2 years. The grounds are kept exceptionally well and any problems that may arise within our apartment are quickly taken care of by maintenance personnel. We like the valet trash service and our own covered parking spot is very close by. At times I would like for it to be a bit more quiet but apartment living just isnt the same as owning ones home. We really like our apartment! Its comfortable with one large bedroom and a good sized study. Our living room and dining room are separate and the kitchen is great with a wonderful walk-in pantry where the washer and dry are kept. The bathroom is quite large with a sit down vanity area I enjoy a lot. The fireplace is an added pleasure and we use it often. Arbors on Forest Ridge has a pool which is well serviced and it is beautiful! There is also a lovely gas grill for everyones use. The work out room gets a lot of business and there is a laundry facility and business office for residential use.
Arbors on Forest Ridge is a nice, calm, and friendly environment. Glad to be here!

The Arbors is a lovely apartment complex in the heart of Bedford, TX. My husband and I are in our 70's and live on the first floor by the pool and we love being here!! Our neighbors are friendly and have become our buddies and the actual apartment is perfect for us. We finally down sized to this apartment which has a large bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, a study which holds 2 desks and a sewing machine and table, a dining room, a good sized kitchen with walk in pantry and washer and dryer, a lovely patio facing the pool and a big living room with a beautiful brick fire place! What more could a couple ask for?! The management team is extraordinary and our manager has become a dear friend! Kimbra helps any way she can to make our home just perfect! She is so easy to work with and her personality is charming! The service team is incredible! They are right on the problem immediately taking great care of us...even on Sunday!! The maintenance crews keep our lawns beautiful! They work constantly trimming and watering to assure us lovely views! If you are in the Bedford area and are in need of an apartment, please come visit The Arbors at Forest Ridge! You are always welcome here and you will find what we found...a lovely home !!!
I have lived here for several years.Yhe units are well maintained and the other tenants are friendly and helpful.The management staff are caring and quick to answer questions or solve problems.The maintenance men perform their work well and come out quickly to take care of problems.Since many of the tenants including me are elderly all the staff are extra caring during this pandemic

Nice place to call home
My husband and I have lived here happily for one year and we recently signed another years lease.The Arbors at Forest Ridge has been a lovely home for us and we plan to stay here for a long time. The management here is exceptional and I dont have enough good things to say about our maintenance team! They are superior and the take care of problems very quickly! We have an amazing apartment on the first floor which has a large master bedroom, a study/sewing room, nice sized living room with fireplace, dining room and a perfect kitchen with great appliances and a fantastic walk-in pantry with washer and dryer! Its absolutely perfect for us! We are retired and in our early 70s now and we are happy to have sized down! The amenities here at The Arbors are wonderful! There is a beautiful pool with lovely patio furniture, a great office with a helpful staff, a gym, a business office and laundry facilities for those who chose not to have a washer and dryer in their home. I invite you to come for a visit! You will feel so welcome and you, too, will fall in love with The Arbors at Forest Ridge.

Since moving in April 27th, 2020, we have not only had excellent services but its also been efficient and timely. We are so thankful for everyone helping us get situated, especially to Victoria, Eddie and his maintenance assistant. This is a great place to live!!!
I moved into an apartment that was supposedly fully upgraded only to find a carpet that was totally uninhabitable, used appliances caked with grease, closet doors with huge areas of peeled vaneer which have been painted over. My rent was raised by $60 this year. I do not consider it upgraded by any stretch of my imagination. I dont even think that it was inspected before it was deemed ready to lease.
It has come to my attention that the management is FORCING people to pay a subcontractor $25 per month charge (and if there a tear in the bag...fined on top of it) to haul our trash to the dumpster. I myself can haul my own trash once every 3-4 weeks, because I live by myself. I think this is alot to pay to have my ONE bag ONCE a month taken the 500' to the dumpster. If this policy doesn't change come lease renewel time, I'm afraid I'll be moving on
I love living in these apartments. Extremely dog friendly and great location. Have had a few maintenance issues but majority of them have been handled right away. Nice and friendly staff!
My husband, daughter and I have lived here for a year and a half now. Shortly after we moved in they had a change in management and since have done nothing but improve. New paint, upgraded amenities, and much more. The staff is very friendly and many of the residents have lived here for over 6 to 10 years. That's says a lot about the property, I think. They are an adult community, meaning they offer ony one bedroom apartment. Some have a den that can be used as a second bedroom. We use that for our daughters room. The Maintenance staff has changed a few times since we have lived here which has been uncomfortable. It's not easy to let an unfamiliar face into your home when you have a baby. But they are great at what they do. We have never had an issue getting anything fixed. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is our electric bill. We have been paying 200 a month since we moved in. We have nice AC units but they need professional maintenance.
Well maintained community, prompt maintenance response, and friendly staff.
