Property and staff have no compassion for their tenants. Take your time and money elsewhere.
I recently joined the Arbors community with my family after relocating from the UK. The community management team led by Tristan promptly responded to my application while I was in the UK. He made it easy for us to transition from the UK to Arbors here in the US. I was really impressed with the way he responded to our emails and also cleared our doubts. On arrival, we met the house very clean. We got a $500 bonus on our first month rent. Ralph who is also part of the Community team, welcomed us and took us to our house. He helped us with our luggages and gave us a rundown of the community. Arbors have a great management team and the community is a very neat community. We are really happy to be here. The only thing I would love them to improve on is the children's play area. There is no basket swing for toddlers. A small basketball court for kids would go a long way too.
Community is nothing short of exceptional!! Clean, tidy and very responsive staff. Crystal in leasing office takes care of all your requests and any questions you have. It is highly unlikely they miss a request from us. However, if you raise the remainder we can get the rock star Manager Shaheena into picture. You will love the response that gets from maintenance staff when shaheena comes in picture. These ladies raised the bar totally. I stayed here for 18months and i would say it was super cool life. Will recommend this apartment.
We only lived here for a month while we were waiting for our house to be completed but we loved it here. The staff is excellent, the apartment was up-to-date and the community was clean and well maintained. They worked with us every step of the way during our out of state move and we highly recommend living here!
Really glad I moved here. Staff are great and very accommodating. Awesome amenities and huge apartments. Very reasonable rent for the market and close to everything one would need. Speed bumps are a little excessive but I can't say enough good things about this place.
The space is large, 927 sq. ft. with high ceilings in walk-in, laundry/utility and patio closets, which are great for storage. The common space includes a well outfitted gym, computer room, pool-table with stocked refrigerator, snacks and coffee and of course a large swimming pool. Clean grounds, smart and helpful staff. We're in walking distance of a chain grocery, big-box grocer, sit down and fast food restaurants as well as gas and vehicle repair shops. The main road is a nearly a straight shot to the Charlotte airport which is convenient for me as a business traveler; in the other direction, a straight shot to Fort Mill.
I moved in June 2015 and I have to say I love it here. The amenities are great and it is so quiet. The live by the fountain and it puts me to sleep every night. It is just like listening to the ocean.
