These are by far the best apartments I have ever lived in. I’ve been here for a couple months and am LOVING the Arbors for many reasons. The grounds are immaculately cared for, clean and safe enough to walk around in at night. The apartment is large and comfortable with high end amenities. Granite countertops, newer cabinets, a huge center island, dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the apartment. There’s a pool, a gym, and clubhouse. What else do you need! If that wasn’t enough the staff in the office (Lisa, Tanesza & Heather) are a delight to work with. These ladies a true professionals and They go above and beyond to make you feel at home and we’ll cared for with a smile… truly an A+ team. This is a high sought after community so apply early!

The complex appears nice from the outside. Appliances are all very cheap and when one breaks down maintenance just replaces it with another defective cheap appliance and denies anything is wrong. I've had several refrigerators that were defective and still have to buy ice. Very poor parking planning! No spaces for visitors, especially on weekends, my elderly parent has to park at office area and walk two blocks when visiting me! Not even enough parking spaces for residents! Plan to park a mile away and drag your groceries, etc all the way to your apartment. Rent is way too high for no parking!

All of the appliances break down constantly. Maintenance is always behind and it takes forever to get anything done. Overpriced. Unless you have money to burn, I would never recommend this place.

I have lived here since February 1 and I can say that I am amazed at the quality of construction and sound insulation in my apt. Upon move in the apartment was immaculate and clean. The granite counter tops in both kitchen and bath are immaculate, I have had zero issues since move in.

The Arbors at East Village is a very nice place to live. They have an excellent staff....Heather, Anna, Tierra and the maintenance personnel are thee best. Every other month they try to have functions for the residents at the clubhouse. We eat, conversate, play games, just an all around great time. I have met so many great people within my 10 months of residing at the Arbors. The atmosphere is nice and tranquil. And you are super close to Downtown Clayton and tons of shopping centers. In addition, they are dog friendly with a dog park and everyone loves to walk their dogs. What I really like about the apartments are they come already equip with washers and dryers, the walk in closets/ bedrooms are spacious, private patios and all the amenities are a plus. Furthermore, if you need extra storage space they also have nice size garages you can rent out. Which is awesome especially if you are transitioning, like myself. Come see the Arbors, you won’t be disappointed.
I’ve lived here for 5 months and I love it. It’s very spacious and comfy. It’s in a great location, very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of visitor parking. I’ve mostly dealt with Rachel who is extremely help and pleasant but all the staff is awesome.

I like that the apartments come with a washer and dryer. The spacious laundry room is very nice as well. Overall the whole apartment is a good size. We have a very large couch but it doesn’t make the space smaller. It was important to me to have a garage for parking and storage. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I wish there were more walkways from the courtyard to my building entryway. If there’s any rain the grass gets really muddy and becomes marsh like. Basically a moat forms around the entryway. There’s been a few occasions we’re its been hard to find parking. But renting a garage helps with that.
I love living at The Arbors. The high ceilings, walk-in closets and garden tubs are the best things about my apartment. The layout of the kitchen is something else that I’m very fond of. A lot of other places we looked at the kitchens were cramped and the oven,dishwasher and refrigerator all opened up into one another. My fiancé has a motorcycle and it has never been in the rain so it was really important us to find a place that offers garages. At first we had one on the opposite side of the complex but as soon as a closed unit opened up they offered it to us. The Arbors is very pet friendly. My pup loves walking around and being able to be off the leash in the little dog run. Sometimes I get off work late at night, but I always feel safe walking her regardless of how late it is. There’s a great sense of community and the staff is so friendly. Especially Anna. She has treated us so wonderfully since the day we filled out an application and took a tour.
we stayed for four months in second floor unit. the entire unit well maintained. our family felt very safe. we are going to put our mom their there very soon. the staff very professional how the run the office. we never had a hard time with any maintenance issue their for we recommend it.
The Arbors is a new three-story apartment complex in Clayton. Everything looks nice but after 1 week living here, the poor quality materials become apparent. The porch double door is very drafty and the trim is peeling away. All appliances are bottom grade. Dishwasher is a joke especially. It just feels that every corner was cut during the design/build. Me and my wife were so hopeful. Move along unless you absolutely must live at this location.
i never thought an apartment could be so quiet. The Arbors is a great community and the staff are very helpful. Luxury apts with great amenities.
