I'm on my second year here and love it, so peaceful. I have views of deer and cute bunnies from my porch, neighbors are all good conscientious people. It feels very safe and for the few small issues that have come up maintenance is prompt and have great attitudes. Centrally located to many shops and different places in charlotte, I truly enjoy living here.

Arboretum is a wonderful peaceful and beautiful community with lush green trees and grass. Walking in the community every.night is an enjoyable experience.Wonderful manager who always puts tenants ' needs as her first priority. Wonderful staff who answers phone calls and provide solutions for difficult issues .Maintenance staff is friendly and does their work. The grounds are kept up all the time. All of the amenities are amazing. The staff is wonderful. Overall great place to live. Having all of your shopping just across the street is also a HUGE win.

Since we have been here,the community has been and is a great and safe place to live. Everything we almost need is in walking distance for us.A car is not necessarily needed. There are busses going in three, (3 ),different directions.It is fantastic ! Thank you!

I’ve lived here almost a month now and am so pleased. The grounds are beautiful, updated amenities, especially the amazing playground and indoor pool. I’m looking forward to the community events they host, and even celebrate birthdays! The dog park is nice and the package room is secure. There is separate, but close, parking for visitors so the residents can keep their car close by. Love it here. I

As for maintenance these guys work hard and complete the task in a timely manner. Maintenance always follow up with me. It’s been a nice experience so far, it’s peaceful and quit, but what I didn’t like was that they removed the park and made it smaller, so there is no place for my kids to play soccer or anything else.

I’ve been going through a Job loss and I have to say that , Upper management and the front office has been helpful. I have enjoyed living here for almost 6 years. So I plan on completing my lease getting back on track and hopefully continue.

Amazing property! All the staff are very friendly and very nice! The amenities are good clean and well maintained, all the properties looks new!! My daughter love to live here she enjoys all the activities! Pools and Playgrounds!

Maintenance is efficient in the communication is clear concise. Maintenance does exactly what they say they're going to do and when they're going to do it. Critical feedback would be that there are a significant amount of additional parking spots throughout the complex It would be nice if there were more visitor spots so that guests did not have to walk so far some time times.

Environment and scenery overall is good Fitness center and clubhouse are spacious and contemporary with traditional decorations and also.has computers a beautiful center table .

I love living here and I will stay, but it has become very expensive. That is the only thing but other than that, the neighborhood is quiet, the apartments are very, very luxurious. Just expensive.

Best thing about this apartment is location. Close to all the basic amenities lile grocery stores, gas stations, hopitals, urgent cares etc. Easy connectivity to uptown. Layout is open and good space between units gives a sense of openess.
