Since we have been here,the community has been and is a great and safe place to live. Everything we almost need is in walking distance for us.A car is not necessarily needed. There are busses going in three, (3 ),different directions.It is fantastic ! Thank you!

I’ve lived here almost a month now and am so pleased. The grounds are beautiful, updated amenities, especially the amazing playground and indoor pool. I’m looking forward to the community events they host, and even celebrate birthdays! The dog park is nice and the package room is secure. There is separate, but close, parking for visitors so the residents can keep their car close by. Love it here. I

As for maintenance these guys work hard and complete the task in a timely manner. Maintenance always follow up with me. As for the personal in the front office they are always available to help in anyway they can. The team try’s to accommodate whatever the need is and give you feedback and help if needed. It’s been a nice experience so far, it’s peaceful and quit, but what I didn’t like was that they removed the park and made it smaller, so there is no place for my kids to play soccer or anything else.

Maintenance is efficient in the communication is clear concise. Maintenance does exactly what they say they're going to do and when they're going to do it. Critical feedback would be that there are a significant amount of additional parking spots throughout the complex It would be nice if there were more visitor spots so that guests did not have to walk so far some time times.

I love living here and I will stay, but it has become very expensive. That is the only thing but other than that, the neighborhood is quiet, the apartments are very, very luxurious. Just expensive.

Best thing about this apartment is location. Close to all the basic amenities lile grocery stores, gas stations, hopitals, urgent cares etc. Easy connectivity to uptown. Layout is open and good space between units gives a sense of openess.

Cozy and welcoming community of residents, great for families, yet peaceful and quiet. Large and beautiful grounds to walk in company of pets. Responsive staff and maintenance team, always helpful and prompt to respond.

The location is stellar and the the management is extremely friendly and professional. There were a few minor maintenance issues which needed to be fixed (dishwasher being the biggest one) but, upon notifying the staff about these issues, they tended to them immediately.

Great floor plans. Plenty of space. No lighting. Management asks you to register with 40000 companies. But clean and quiet and centrally located for a good price.

Neighborhood is great, parking restrictions not so much. They will tow/boot your car even if you’re a resident. No highway anywhere and traffic can get really bad. Nearest highway is 15mins. Maintenance is great I believe they deserve a raise.

The amenities are great, and the interior is renovated and modernized. The application process was just horrendous, but the staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

A peaceful society with lots of trees. Members over here are quite helpful to the new comers. Warm reception at the leasing office as well. A nearby shopping center is a bliss , not to drive the car for each and everything. Will recommend any family to please visit this apartments before finalising anywhere else.
