I have been living at The Arboretum Apartments for a while now, and I have to say it's a very nice community! The amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and responsive. I recently received an offer to renew my lease with some awesome perks like professional carpet cleaning and a painted accent wall - it's great to see them going the extra mile to make residents feel welcome and valued. The location is also super convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home!

Other than being too costly I think this apartment community is good. Neat, clean area and lots of extras. The staff are nice and very helpful. I would recommend it to everyone looking at apartments. Its certainly NOT the most expensive in the area!

I'm on my second year here and love it, so peaceful. I have views of deer and cute bunnies from my porch, neighbors are all good conscientious people. It feels very safe and for the few small issues that have come up maintenance is prompt and have great attitudes. Centrally located to many shops and different places in charlotte, I truly enjoy living here.

Arboretum is a wonderful peaceful and beautiful community with lush green trees and grass. Walking in the community every.night is an enjoyable experience.Wonderful manager who always puts tenants ' needs as her first priority. Wonderful staff who answers phone calls and provide solutions for difficult issues .Maintenance staff is friendly and does their work. It would.be good if they cour set up a 2-hour time window for maintenance appointment. Fitness center is good and comfortable. overall it's a verynice community

The grounds are kept up all the time. All of the amenities are amazing. The staff is wonderful. Overall great place to live. Having all of your shopping just across the street is also a HUGE win.

Since we have been here,the community has been and is a great and safe place to live. Everything we almost need is in walking distance for us.A car is not necessarily needed. There are busses going in three, (3 ),different directions.It is fantastic ! Thank you!

We have been living here in yhe arboretum apartments for a long time. The amenities provided are quite managed......the location of the neighbourhood is also very good and at walking distance.

I’ve lived here almost a month now and am so pleased. The grounds are beautiful, updated amenities, especially the amazing playground and indoor pool. I’m looking forward to the community events they host, and even celebrate birthdays! The dog park is nice and the package room is secure. There is separate, but close, parking for visitors so the residents can keep their car close by. Love it here. I

As for maintenance these guys work hard and complete the task in a timely manner. Maintenance always follow up with me. As for the personal in the front office they are always available to help in anyway they can. The team try’s to accommodate whatever the need is and give you feedback and help if needed. Thanks to them I always get the guidance and help I needed .

It’s been a nice experience so far, it’s peaceful and quit, but what I didn’t like was that they removed the park and made it smaller, so there is no place for my kids to play soccer or anything else.
