Amenity is good and very well located for the person who needs to travel to uptown using public transport. Most of the shopping needs are walkable as Walmart, HT, Publix etc

It has been more than six weeks since the air conditioning has worked. Though I was given a temporary window unit, it is an eyesore, in the way, and not a circumstance I would agree to live in had I known.
Very convenient location, close to everything, nice staff (management & maintenance) and clean area. Love the clean appearance of the building externally.
Community is at a great location. All amenities are at walking distance. It has great connectivity to uptown. Apartments are recently renovated with better countertops and flooring.
We are very happy to be the part of The Arboretum Community. Our overall experience is good in this apartment. We will recommend to our friends as well.

I have been living at The Arboretum Apartments for a while now, and I have to say it's a very nice community! The amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and responsive. I recently received an offer to renew my lease with some awesome perks like professional carpet cleaning and a painted accent wall - it's great to see them going the extra mile to make residents feel welcome and valued. The location is also super convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Other than being too costly I think this apartment community is good. Neat, clean area and lots of extras. The staff are nice and very helpful. I would recommend it to everyone looking at apartments. Its certainly NOT the most expensive in the area!

I love tbe openness of the community. Blocks are spaced out and thers are lot of green spaces. Location is prime and amenities are improving as well.

I'm on my second year here and love it, so peaceful. I have views of deer and cute bunnies from my porch, neighbors are all good conscientious people. It feels very safe and for the few small issues that have come up maintenance is prompt and have great attitudes. Centrally located to many shops and different places in charlotte, I truly enjoy living here.

Arboretum is a wonderful peaceful and beautiful community with lush green trees and grass. Walking in the community every.night is an enjoyable experience.Wonderful manager who always puts tenants ' needs as her first priority. Wonderful staff who answers phone calls and provide solutions for difficult issues .Maintenance staff is friendly and does their work. It would.be good if they cour set up a 2-hour time window for maintenance appointment. Fitness center is good and comfortable. overall it's a verynice community
