l love this community because it feels like home. The staff members are awesome, the maintenance is prompt, and I've built great friendships with some of my neighbors. Being very close to a major expressway, and a nice outlet mall is a plus. The amenities are nice, especially the pool, gazebo, and indoor basketball court. My apartment is very spacious with a dope layout, and the attached garage is very convenient. Would be 5 stars if quality of maintenance tickets were handled better, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

My experience is not terrible but not very good as well. There has been a lot of change in staff and some work tickets that are deemed emergency take too long to complete. Elicia and Lindsey are great.

Grounds and garbage coral areas have never looked better. There are new people in maintenance, but the same standard of good service still exists.. Another in the many reasons why I’ve been a resident since 2009.

Appliances could be more up to date. Especially for the price of the rent. Appliances are very basic looking. Other than that, the community is nice and quiet. Office staff is very friendly.

Good apartments for the area. It's considered Batavia school district which is a nice bonus if you have kids. Residents could be better, but that's anywhere you go.

We love location and the work that the maintenance dept does day to day. Front office contributes by being organized and good listeners. Most tenants are respectful of fellow tenants, we wish that all tenants would focus on keeping our trash areas as clean as possible.

The facilities are great and the staff is super helpful and friendly. And all of the common areas are taken care of nicely. The only part that is difficult are the garbage areas, but everything else is great.

The apartments are great to live in. The mateinance team is quick to respond to service request. There is trash and debree I see outside sometimes that takes away from the beauty of the community.

Excelent place to call home. The people at the office and maintenance are nice. I think everything always could be better. Something to improve is the pool, is necessary clean it frequently.
Can be a great place to live when everything is being maintained. The office staff is good. Would be a better community if there were more resident events.
Very nice place and would recommend it to anybody it’s a quiet and clean area with a great staff and people also has a great outdoor area as well.
Getting ahold of the leasing office seems to be quite impossible, whether it be from email or a phone call. I have left quite a few emails that have not been returned and phone calls that never get answered back. Neighbors who own big dogs don’t pick up their doings which leaves my grass area filled with unfortunate surprises, which then the landscapers end up mowing over, smearing it everywhere. What is more embarrassing is that the community provides baggies yet nobody seems to use them. I don’t own dogs and yet I have gotten emails stating I could potentially get fined due to not picking up after them.
Having spent most of my life in a house I only had a few long term friends that I made over the years. When I retired back in 2009, I made Kirkland Crossings my home. The thing is I have made more long term friends here than when I had my owned my house. Combine a wonderful sense of community here, as well as the many amenities, it has proven to be the best move I ever made!
Nice community.. The office staff is always helpful and respectful.. The maintenance here is always ready to help with anything .. my family and I enjoy living here
This is a really nice place to live. The office management is superb & so is the maintenance staff. They are super responsive. The curb appeal to the complex is beautiful
I have live here for 2 years and have never had any issues. Everyone is friendly and looks out for one another. The office staff is great and maintenance guys are always friendly and on top of any problems that arise.
Starting my 3rd year living here and I couldn't love it more. I've had such wonderful neighbors and the staff has always been friendly. As the Fall Season finally arrives, I'm looking forward to the changing of the leaves.

Lived here since 3/18 and have had the most positive experience. The neighborhood is quiet and have had no issues with the neighbors. The only bad thing I can say is that residents are not good about cleaning up after their pets.

It would be great if this complex would fix the pool that hasn’t worked properly for 2 seasons. It would be nice if they removed all the dead trees. It would be nice if we got fresh mulch like the front of the office gets regularly. It would be nice if they fixed all the fountains in the complex. I’ve lived here 5 years in September and this is the worst I’ve ever seen it. I would be embarrassed to walk potential renters around. Rent keeps going up but things don’t get fixed around here. Certain rules aren’t abided by the office seems to turn the other cheek on that subject. It would also be nice if the office would answer their phones rather than me having to walk over to talk to them.

Everyone that works here , from the office staff, to the maintenance men are so friendly and great to work with. Everyone stops to say hi to each other or a wave when passing by. Makes living in the community very nice.

Summer is here and the pool is now open. The grill area is great for summer Bar-b-ques and parties. Can't wait for those to happen. Always a nice walk around the the pool and fountains with my dog.

I feel safe in my complex. I work nights and I’m out at all hours walking my dogs. It’s quiet. I love the close proximity to stores when ever I forget something and just ease and convenience of the location

Pretty good place to reside in. It’s pretty well maintained and the maintenance personnel address maintenance requests within a few days, depending on the severity of the issue that one reports it as.

BEWARE!!! I would give zero stars if possible. this is a shady property management company to say the least. Run, don't walk if you are considering this rental property!!! I wanted to view an apartment and had to pay $475 "application fee", which is fine if you end up renting the apartment. First, these apartments are SO small and the grounds were unkempt, I quickly declined. Expecting my credit card to be refunded within 5-7 days.. NOPE, takes up to 30-45 DAYS!!! and then it's a manual check that you have to pick up or have mailed to you!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! they have no problem debiting the account, but for some reason don't have the ability to issue refunds. If you're out looking for an apartment obviously you need all the $$ you have, so this amount held, has caused a huge financial strain. I then disputed the charges with my bank and this company had the nerve to dispute the refund???? I'm still trying to get this resolved a month later. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau!!!
