So far my experience in the community has been great. Management are awesome, maintenance are always on time but my only concern is how residents are not mindful about their pets. I suggest management should setup some strict measures on dealing with residents who don’t clean after their pets.

Maintence could be better. Have the same problem for a couple months now. Mailbox doesn’t close. Other than that. It’s pretty quiet with no problems

The carpet is filthy , smelly and nasty in the hallways. We have complained 8 times about a chemical smell in the laundry room. It makes you sick on the stomach. People allow there dogs to poop on the sidewalks and in the grass and they don’t clean up after them. Lawn care cuts the grass and they don’t blow the sidewalks off. My car is usually full of grass when they are done. Someone stole my bmw seal off my tire and someone hit my daughter’s new truck in the front while it was parked in the parking lot. Not impressed can’t wait to move.

Ok i’ve lived here for five years and there has been a consistent issue with getting maintenance request done in a timely manner but now even though for the most part, this is a quiet community There has been recent break-ins of people’s cars and one of my family members had that car broken into today and it seems like the neighborhood is starting to go downhill

I love my apartment, my only issue with this community is the cats. They are constantly having kittens. Also, some of the tenants are extremely loud, I mean to the extent of making things fall off the wall and table shaking.

The area of 2404 Battersea is nice and quiet, close to the pool and not too far from the complex exit. There is plenty of parking and access to reserved parking.

It’s always something!! My door is broke and has been for a while now. I’m not sure of it will ever get fixed and I’m sure the office is aware of the broken door as someone came out to make sure the door fully closes. However the door does not lock. The some code system does not work and the building is very unsafe. I keep receiving emails about teenagers in the buildings and what to do if they are found in there but that is not my job nor is that what I pay for. If the door would lock and they are there then fine I could understand that but no logic behind this. Please have someone come and fix the door.

Environment is nice but the moving into the apartment was pretty stressful. The apartment had a lot of issues and smelt bad. But asides that it’s been good.

Maintenance very slow, very understaffed. Good luck with any open lines of communication with leasing staff and mgmt, they will take weeks to get back to you or follow up with you, if they make an effort to at all. The property is nice looking but the inside of building are poorly kept. Dirty walls, disgusting carpet with stains and odor. My particular unit advertised as a first floor but whenever I have an issue with water or moisture damage they say it’s because I’m in a basement unit. All of the appliance in my place had to all be replaced at some point. I was given several temporary fixes and would have to put in countless work orders. My fridge was not staying cold, and leaking. They said it was because I had too much food and after weeks of having to throw away food they finally decided to order a new one. I didn’t have a washing machine for two month and after swearing me down that it worked it took another 2 months to be replaced. And soooo many other things.

It’s pretty decent I enjoy the peace of mind but when it floods the power house out and basically all my appliances runs off Wi-Fi but no one is considering the handicap parking being blocked everyday it’s very annoying for access to your home

Honestly it's been pretty awful. We keep having problems left and right with our apartment and maintenance will sometimes fix it and sometimes won't. The apartments themselves are okay but I wish they were better maintained. The neighbors are hit or miss. Some are really nice and others are really trashy. I also just noticed that our pool was never opened so I've been paying for a pool that I don't get to use which is nice. Lately we've had an issue with mold. I don't know why we keep our apartment pretty clean so I'll be making a request with maintenance that will also probably be either ignored or half done. Also whenever we do call the office with a concern they treat us very rudely and disrespectfully. We're not bad tenants. We pay our rent and keep to ourselves so I don't get it. I cannot wait to move from here.

Private, very quiet and staff is very helpful. Emergency Maintenance is pleasant and fast responding. Dustin showed called back within 5 minutes and showed up to fix the problem within 15 minutes of handing up.

Appliances are old and run down. Toilets are short and small maintenance fixes things half the time and the other half never come. Staff is generally very friendly

Not many complaints. Wish the gym was more available and the mailboxes could be updated . Maintenance is pretty decent and people are nice. The other is tht I wish they would put locks or a code for the doors and keep back doors locked for more safety. This is Baltimore

This is a transient community. I have been here over 10 years. Repairs and updates to building structures have been very slow if at all. Overall, however, I am pleased with the security and grounds keeping.

Great location, area around the leasing office is kept beautifully. Now that dumpsters are emptied more frequently, the trash problem has improved. Maintenance is quick to respond.

I wish I could give zero, I requested for service to my stove and washer machine which doesn't work for over a month now, but no body pays attention to your request, I called over the phone more than six times in a month and I went in person twice, they say that "maintenance people will come today or tomorrow", but no body shows up. I am not able to cook for over a month, I am not able to wash my cloths for over a month, and again I went to the office recently and requested in person, they said the same thing as they say before and no body showed up, I don't know when the come and fix this issue. I gave up and still waiting. It seems clean and good outside, but the internal service is huge mess.

Overall, nice place however the appliances are old and don’t match wish that they would be the way they are advertised online and in description and actual apartment The furnace that is in the unit is older than everyone that lives in my house combine and it really causes issues with asthma and allergies. There is a continuous need to have filters changed because of the age of the furnace The appliances and utilities are way older than what they are represented to be upon checking serial numbers. I was able to uncover this information. I was once told by a maintenance staff that a washing machine that was in my unit at the time was within five years old upon looking up the serial number and doing research, I found that that wash machine that was being falsely advertised is a more newer one was actually manufactured in 2004, which at the time that I was given, the information was 20 years ago I’ve also had issues with maintenance request being done properly and or correctly,

Poor work by maintenance. Build upkeep is kinda poor. Thin walls, loud neighbors. The occasional smoke session strangers have in the hallways of the apartment buildings are alarming. Also the loud parking lot parties, where ppl pull up and blast music in there cars and they don’t even live in the community. Idk you get what you pay for. I guess?

I am disappointed with my move in experience. The leasing office staff is horrible. I have been here close to a month now and still do not have a mailbox key or access to the amazon hub. I have spoke to the leasing office on several occasions and they only say "okay, I will have someone call you back". They NEVER do. I haven't gotten a call back ever. I had to get in contact with the corporate office. They say they will call you back and they never do. Hopefully someone will call me back from the corporate office. This is ridiculous....Smh!

The apartments are over all decent. I wish that they would newly renovate the buildings though. The flooring and the wall paint and stair railings are very unpleasant & I know they can do better. Also they need to clean the buildings more often. They clean the buildings maybe once every 2 weeks. Trash is always in the buildings & the parking is horrible.

Overall nice neighborhood. People do not pick up dog poop it’s kind of gross. Cleaning people do not clean buildings often enough (maybe once a month) and when they do clean it’s bare minimum.. usually still looks dirty once they are finished.
