Property Ratings at The Annex Luxury Apartments
I have lived at the Annex since May. In that time I went over a week without a working air conditioner during one of the hottest weeks of the year. It was well over 85 for several days in my apartment for several days. Now my heater is not working during the lowest temps we have hit this year at it is currently 58 degrees in my apartment. My balcony also isn’t safe to use and they have told me not to use it until further notice. The staff is all great, but they have no ability to quickly fix the many issues this building has. For a luxury apartment, it feels like a slum. I do not recommend. Run and find a better option elsewhere.

Lived there for 3 years not a 5 star property, location is great. Everything else is bad, for what I paid the live there it should have been flawless. With these property you do not get what you pay for.

This building is clean and has character! Safe and professionally managed. Rooftop pool and perfect location to walk to anything you need. I lived here nearly three years. If my job brings me back to New Orleans I would love to live here again.
