Very easy process, lovely apt complex and amenities and our 2 bed/2 bath unit came very reasonably priced. See at the front desk has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Always friendly and extremely helpful. Both ladies at the front desk were very helpful and inviting. It was refreshing to work them. Excited to live at the Ames and enjoy the luxurious amenities they offer!

I recently just moved in but the whole process was a great experience. Dee was amazing with making sure everything was completed in a timely manner and was so welcoming into my new home! On my move in day, Barb was great too! She was very thorough when telling me everything about the community! The neighbors in the community have been so friendly already and made me very excited that I chose this place as home!

Overall, I am very impressed with the experience so far. I do think that The Ames needs to do better about addressing issues. For example some of the door handles to access the buildings feel like they are going to fall off. We pay a lot of money to live here. To keep the complex nice it should be fixed. The cleaning service did an okay job. I still found a large spider web in the corner of my room. The Ames should also provide some moving equipment to make the move in less of a hassle. I will say everyone that works here is very nice and super helpful.

I enjoy the smaller footprint of this complex. Makes for a better sense of community. The property is well maintained and community events have been fun. The location is perfectly located in walking distance of anything you could possibly need.

Great place to live! Other residents are loud and do not know how to close doors properly and allow them to be slammed shut. This goes for apartment doors and breezeway/stairway doors.

Very new here. Everything has been easy on move in day. Staff is very helpful and patient. I did ask many questions lol. Hoping to explore everything more in January as life is quite busy right now.

Place has been great so far. Chelsea in the office is awesome to work with. Very clean and friendly community. Great location as well, close to alot of great stores and restaurants.

It’s been 6 days but I love everything about the Ames so far! Everyone has been so kind, feels like a little community AND it smells amazing, that may seem like a small thing but it’s very much appreciated :)

love the Ames, it is such a Great apartment, has nice staff, is clean, has helpful maintenance, and amazing events hosted by apartment staff. The pool is stunning and such a nice amenity along with the gym! Love the location super close to anything you need!

Our experience has been amazing! The neighborhood is very quiet. We rarely see anyone but when we do see our neighbors they are always friendly and welcoming. The amenities are always super clean and smell really good, especially the gym and business center. Grabbing espresso from the coffee machine at the leasing office has become part of my everyday routine. I get a double espresso and mix it with my creamer at home and it hits the spot every time. Sometimes they even have little muffins near it as well which is always a special treat. My boyfriend and I love the ames!!

Great pool and the gym is actually pretty good, there's free weights and a squat rack. So far haven't had any trouble with finding room to park, loud neighbors, receiving packages or any of any original worries about moving into an apartment complex.

Majority of the process was quite smooth. Happy with the overall experience, and all of the agents have been very helpful so far. The apartment does have a few issues but this shouldn't reflect the team.

We were looking for a central location with nice amenities and this fills those checkboxes perfectly. The pool and amenities are well done and the pathways to the square and groceries are everything super easy to get to by bike or foot.
