Great place to live! Other residents are loud and do not know how to close doors properly and allow them to be slammed shut. This goes for apartment doors and breezeway/stairway doors.

Our experience has been amazing! The neighborhood is very quiet. We rarely see anyone but when we do see our neighbors they are always friendly and welcoming. The amenities are always super clean and smell really good, especially the gym and business center. Grabbing espresso from the coffee machine at the leasing office has become part of my everyday routine. I get a double espresso and mix it with my creamer at home and it hits the spot every time. Sometimes they even have little muffins near it as well which is always a special treat. My boyfriend and I love the ames!!

Great pool and the gym is actually pretty good, there's free weights and a squat rack. So far haven't had any trouble with finding room to park, loud neighbors, receiving packages or any of any original worries about moving into an apartment complex.

We were looking for a central location with nice amenities and this fills those checkboxes perfectly. The pool and amenities are well done and the pathways to the square and groceries are everything super easy to get to by bike or foot.

I haven’t lived there super long yet, but the amenities are very nice and well kept and the people that I have seen are kind. The pool was extremely clear when I was walking around and when I jumped in!

Fantastic amenities! My personal favorite is the gym/yoga room and the pool. Brand new apartment complex so it’s very clean. It’s located in a nice safe area. Takes about 30 mins to get to downtown Charleston. Maintenance and staff are great and very friendly! Never have any issues with parking so that’s great and I really love the valet garbage service.

Just moved in and the experience for that did take a while as they are brand new and super busy but everyone was as helpful as they could be. The units and amenities are incredibly nice as well.

We are new to the complex but so far our apartment is great. Amenities are top notch. Very convenient location with grocery, shopping, and restaurants nearby.

The Apartment complex is very nice. The apartment is new and very roomy with plenty of space. The kitchen is high quality. Flooring, closets and bathroom high quality and spacious as well. The amenities are great. Big pool, lots of work out equipment/space and the clubhouse is new and comfortable (including 12 oz of free beer a day). Overall, we are very happy with our choice.

Amazing between amenities, cleanliness, security, calmness, friendliness and professionalism of staff. This is a brand new property and a great construction of the facility. My hopes are the management keeps this community up and with willow bridge managing I have no doubt that they will settle for anything less. The ambiance of scent creates a memorable experience when walking through common areas, the fixtures and accents are superb.

The staff is very friendly and were helpful in assisting me with applying. All the events and social interactions they organize is amazing and so great to meet everyone. The day I moved in, 1 of my new neighbors even joined in with a dolly and helped me move boxes. I have never experienced such hospitality before.
