Property Ratings at The Allure Apartments
I’ve had a very frustrating experience living in this building. The appliances are cheap and constantly malfunction. There’s trash left in the hallways, and dogs barking on balconies make it hard to enjoy any peace and quiet. The construction is terrible — I can hear my neighbors from both above and below. The new management is unprofessional and doesn’t respond to residents’ concerns. The gym looks modern, but it’s basically useless. The cardio machines (like treadmills and spin bikes) rely on a subscription for programs, and the building no longer provides it, so nothing works. To make things worse, you’re not even allowed to put anything on your own balcony. Would not recommend this place.
