A major suburb of Austin, Cedar Park gets you right into the area without having to live in the big city. If you like peace and quiet but don't want to live all the way out in the woods, then Cedar Park is the place to be. It's nice living so close to one of the biggest music cities in America, but you don't even need to leave Cedar Park to take in a great concert. If you want entertainment, check out the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. The center plays host to everything from monster truck shows to country and hip hop concerts. Cedar Park is only about 16 miles from Downtown Austin, making this an ideal location for commuters. Cedar Park is considered one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
Cedar Park's claim to fame (besides the H-E-B Center) is the Heritage Oak Tree, a 400-year-old live oak that stands 57 feet tall and is 80 feet around. This massive tree is decorated during the holiday season with over 30,000 lights.

Just called for a Maintenace emergency for my AC not working and it currently 80 degrees and climbing. Mike with Maintenace tried to tell me he would not be out to my apartment until tomorrow at 9am. I told him absolutely not and that he needed to come out and do whatever was needed to not leave me without any AC in this horrific heat. He then proceeded to yell at me that he would be bringing a portable fan and would not come to try and fix my AC until Monday. He has a very unprofessional and nasty attitude towards me, and it is not acceptable in any way. There is a Maintenace emergency number set up to call when residents have emergencies. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from Maintenace staff towards a resident having an emergency. This will definitely be reported to the corporate office!
The people in our community office are the reason why we love living here very professional and helpful. Love the manager she is great and always positive.
Allure is a great mid-size community and I do feel very safe staying here with my family. Has a nice pool area, clubhouse, fitness center and many more. Best thing I enjoy about Allure is the monthly events. Management takes initiates to organize various functions/events where we all gather and have fun. I think you guys should add something for Diwali too. Overall a good experience and I would recommend my friends to look for Allure when they plan for a change.
The maintenance crew are very polite, professional and cares about the residents concerns.
We enjoy our stay in The Allure. The community is quiet and friendly. Our kids love the pool and have good time on riding bikes in the neighborhood. We appreciate the employees' always willingness to help us and their compassion and consideration for our specific needs are sincere.
It is a very good place and community. People living have good profile. Very good neighborhood, close to groceries and good schools
Would not recommend this apartments! Dogs poops everywhere! Gates are broken, and anybody who wants can be assess the building! Thin walls! My neighbors got children who cry every day, and for me that's like they are crying in my room!
The Allure is a very beautiful apartment complex. I enjoy driving through and seeing all the beautiful landscape. The pool is excellent.
Leasing process was easy and quick doing it long distance. Staff very welcoming and helpful with providing info regarding where to go in Cedar Park for certain things.

The property is awesome. The staff are great. The property is well maintained. And there is lots to do in the property and out.
There is no playground or green area for kids to play. The pool is nice when people don’t listen to music too loud and they are not smoking cigars around. Properties and apartments would need a refresh. Kitchen appliances are considered working and no repair is made if the handyman is able to trick them by plugging/unplugging and moving them a little bit to make them work. I do not recommend this community, there are others far better than this one with understanding staff as a big plus!

We are a non-smoking community so next time you see anyone smoking, especially in a common area, you can just alert the office via phone or a quick email and we will address the issue immediately. Sometimes we don't see or hear everything so it is very helpful when we are alerted of the issue in real time. Although we do not have a community playground we do have open green space right on the other side of the pool. And if you have any pending maintenance issues that you feel need more assessment please open a new ticket and someone will be sure to come back out and inspect until the issue is rescolved. I moved to Texas end of May and needed an apartment while looking for a house. I chose the allure without seeing the community. The management is nice before signing the lease. I took the apartment from the first of May as they told me that I had to take it from the day the apartment was available. So I already paid a full month before even seeing the apartment. When I arrived to this community, What a beautiful pool!!... that's it. The apartment exterior is horrible, the apartment interior is not good, it was dirty, They sent cleaners but I ended up cleaning it myself. During the 2 months I was there, there were insects every day coming from I don't know where and I am a freak cleaner, there is no sound insulation, you can hear your neighbors and the music bass, there was kids running in other apartments making your apartment trembling, but I mean they're kids, that's an insulation problem. Internet is imposed with spectrum and I had a download speed test at... 1MB/s. And if you pay $100 for that to The Allure, The allure is not handling your issues, You need to call Spectrum. 2 days later (working remote?), a technician came and....I had 5MB/s. I needed a car port and they modified my lease right away to give me a car port. I found a house. For early move-out you need to give 2 months notice and a 2 months penalty.As it was the same for me than paying my remaining 4 months the management proposed: I can sign an unlawful early move out, and pay a penalty of 85% of my rent AND continue to pay my rent until the end of my lease except if they find a new resident... I pass. I don't use internet there but that's a sealed package graved in a stone that we cannot remove. I don't need my car port anymore but the same lease that they modified to add it, is in read-only mode now, impossible to modify. "For further discussion, please come by the office" said the management. I did, but this same manager did not want to get out of her office to talk to me at first. When she did, she gave me a moving notice to fill and sign, I was confused and said that she asked me to come by to discuss, she said "we already discussed!"... indeed. I end up paying a total of 5 months (the first month + the 4 last months) for an empty apartment with all the services that I am not using. That's $10k for nothing... but the worst is that even though I gave them so much for nothing, they will not give you more respect and professionalism for that.

Nice location, friendly staff and great amenities (pool, gym, barbecue etc.) Complex is good for families and pet friendly. I would definitely recommend.

We have lived here for over three years and love it here. It is a beautiful community and they really do take care to keep it clean, safe, and maintained well. Any maintenance issue has ben immediately addressed and fixed. I would definitely recommend The Allure as a wonderful place to live.

The allure is a great apartment complex, great location, friendly community, great office and maintenance staff. The complex itself is very well maintained, Ive personally seen one of the maintenance men cleaning the pool every single morning. The price compared to other similar apartments in the general area is a little bit pricier, but its by no mean outrageous and in my opinion 100% worth the price we pay. Also you cant beat the location, grocery stores, fast food and sit down restaurants, entertainment, gyms, etc... all within walking distance of the allure!

Living at the Allure has been ideal for my daughter and I. We live minutes away from school, shopping, and resturants. The price of our 2 bedroom in this area in fantastic and the amenities are wonderful. We love it here.

My time here hasn't been all bad the first year I lived here it was good. However, the changes implemented in the months before covid hit I dont think had the resident in mind. During covid the staff had a hard time dealing with the new problems that had arose. Literally right before covid hit they raised my rates 150$ to the point where rent was about 75-80% of my monthly paycheck. I've been struggling to survive here due to the high rent rate.

Maintainers are really helpful, especially James. Almost other every apartment has gifts for anniversaries of leasing, Allure try to take some more money with fake trash out hours.

The Allure is a great place. Quiet community and clise to lots of shopping and restaurants. All the office staff and maintenance staff are great.
Maintenance personnel always have a professional attitude. Very quick response in completing the work order i placed. Never had an issue that i had to bring up to the office.
There is no doubt in my mind and experience the Allure is above most apartment complex's. The Allure meets most of my needs compared to what other apartment complex's have to off. Like I said, "This is my 8th year living here".
Everything is clean and modern.

My review is regarding my past couple of experiences with The Allure maintenance team. A few months ago, my refrigerator broke down. The team responded within a few hours at which time they realized that a new refrigerator would need to be ordered. Rather than leave me without, they took the faulty machine out and gave me a temporary replacement in its place. My new refrigerator arrived within a day or two, and the guys wasted no time in coming back in and getting me set up. Perfect! My most recent maintenance request was for the worst thing that you can possibly imagine during our Texas heat ..my air conditioner went out :( I sent out a MAYDAY and the guys were at my apartment within a few minutes! One of the guys knocked on my door carrying a filter. I explained to him that it wasn't the filter, which is when I learned that they had already diagnosed the problem with my outside unit and were in the process of replacing the faulty part. My air would be on within minutes! He was going the extra mile by coming in to replace my filter, ensuring that my air conditioner would be blowing nice cold air within no time!! I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to all the office and maintenance staff for everything they do at the Allure? My stay here has been very enjoyable and without issues regarding my concerns or needs. The maintenance team do a fantastic job of manicuring and keeping the grounds clean and neat. (even though there are those who don't read and follow signage! I would definitely recommend the Allure to anyone. Thanks Again! T. Torres
I have been very pleased living here at Allure. It's clean, quiet and have always been treated nicely when I've interacted with office personnel. I'm a very happy camper!!! Lol
Generally a great place to live, pros and cons like any apartment complex. Overall the staff is great and helpful. By far the nicest complex in the area and I will miss the place when I move.

I've lived in 3 different floorplans: studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom and have loved each one of them! The staff and maintenance are friendly! They throw get-togethers like movies at the pool, breakfast in the clubroom, painting a wine glass, pizza, snow cones..etc. Even the residents, that I have met here, have been nice and easy to meet. A lot of long term residents reside here as well..which says a lot! Extremely happy living here!
This is the best place to live in Cedar Park Tx. I’ve been living since 2014 and I’m so happy to live here. I don’t want to move to other place. I highly recommend The Allure.
