The Alder is a perfect location for me. It is close to work, close to different grocery options, close to lots of restaurants and the town of Parker provides lots of opportunities. The Alder has all the extras I could ask for, all included in the monthly rental price. The staff really has engaged in everything I need to make my stay feel like home. I am impressed by the space of the floor designs, and my apartment specifically has more space than anticipated. If you are looking for a quiet place, off the normal path, then The Alder is just for you!

I've been here almost a month and everything has been as advertised. My apartment is small but sufficient for me and my dog. Landscaping is continuing to be completed/improved and at this time I have absolutely no regrets choosing The Alder as my place of residence.

The Alder is a great community. The staff is great at communicating and working with you to accommodate. Locale is close to Parker and Centennial, but far enough from traffic.
