The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at The Acorn on Person Street, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your five star review! We had a blast at our last social event.
I have known Star, the manager of the property, for years and she and Kane have done an excellent job managing this property and getting it off the ground. Frequently people describe renting as not feeling quite like a home, but the property management team in Star and Kim make this place feel like home from day one. They are warm and welcoming and they provide attention to every detail. The property itself is beautiful and new, very well constructed and maintained impeccably. If you are looking for a nicer, quieter downtown living experience, I cannot recommend The Acorn enough.
