We’ve lived at The 500 for about 18 months now and we intend to extend our lease. Our experience has been a positive one. The apartments are spacious (perfect for your cats to tear through the house). The kitchen is sizable. The bedrooms are large and the water pressure is great. The patio/porches are big and comfortable space to relax. The Management group is great to work with. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly. The laundry room is tidy, the pool is well maintained and the new gym is a plus!

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and have really enjoyed it, the location is great and the apartment is perfect for me and my dogs. The most enticing part was of course the private fenced in yard area. Staff have always been amazing and see to whatever needs I might have. Really great place to live!

I have lived here for seven years and I really like it here. They have a dog park a place for kids to play and it’s really clean. The management is wonderful. We couldn’t ask for more.

We have enjoyed living there for the last 7 years. It is nice and quiet. The management and the other employees are nice and professional. The pool is great in the summer. And have a fence in yard is great for my dogs.

Marbella is so sweet and easy to work with! The community is fun (especially if you have kids or dogs) there’s so many nice people that love to chat and get to know you. The maintenance lady is also so so kind and helpful and if you have time to chat she’s the one to do it with! I’ve been here for over a year and love it.

SO much has changed since the new management has taken over! Now I can say that I am excited and very pleased to live here at The 500 Townhome Apartments. Jacqueline is an amazing manager who is not only professional but understands the importance of being more personal with the residents in her care. Also, Angie is still my all-time favorite head of maintenance, she can do just about anything. Thank you to the new management team for making me see how wonderful this place could be.

This apartment complex is very portly run. Nothing is done right or fixed correctly. It's a vary old apartment complex that need a lot of help. But I needed a place to stay for school and it's extremely expensive to pay for both school and rent.
