      Apartments are nice. But amenities not so. Park is dirty, game room is closed. Cleaning is more important that hosting parties. Instead that money could be used to clean the dog park, keep poop bags updated, Parking cleaning, a small sweeper stick in dog spa.

      Nice place to live. Things I like here: staff team, amenities, location, apartment itself. Things I don’t like or this place doesn’t have - no swimming pool, no playground for kids, price for garage parking, sometimes trash doors are closed and people leave a lot of trash in the trash room.

      I have been residing at this apartment complex for a while now and I find it to be a generally pleasant place to live. The apartments themselves are well-maintained with modern amenities that meet most of my needs.       Amazing staff that helped me from leasing to move in day. The amenities are great there is no pool which can both be a positive for some but not to some. Near a railway track so there some noise not too disturbing though

      We've only been living here for about a month. Start with positive: mgmt seems pleasant/responsive. Building generally clean and good condition. Things seem to be fixed quickly (elevators, alarms, garbage/recycling chute doors). Can let people in remotely using ButterflyMX. Package lockers. Negative: the usual that you have to deal with when living around others: people blasting music outside/nearby. The garbage/recycling chutes are motion activated and only open if not in use elsewhere (to my understanding/experience) I've had to bring my trash back after the chute wouldn't open. Had to tape the garage opener to the top of my windshield for it to work, garage is basically required at extra cost/month for parking. In 1bed/1bath no ceiling lights in living/bedroom. Traffic is bad, can be very difficult to get out of the lot and the commuter train horns go off at all hours across the street. Overall it's decent (housing still too expensive) but better than a lot of what's out there.

      The community offers a great environment with exclusive office spaces for remote work, where you can make calls, hold meetings, or simply get work done. However, there are a few issues that need addressing. During the summer, the office can get extremely cold, which can lead to discomfort or even illness. Additionally, the noise level is often high, with people passing by and talking loudly, which can be very distracting during meetings. The staff, in particular, tend to converse as if no one is working, and many residents use their speakers while on the phone, adding to the noise. These factors turn what could be a beneficial feature into a significant drawback.

      Really nice apartments, maintenance is amazing. The Kitchen storage space is a little less though overall the space is quite clean and well maintained. The Staff is generally friendly. Although they're too strict about the policy and can forget about the human element of the customer service. The apartments are noisy as they're next to a railway track and the trains are quite loud as they tend to honk the horn while they pass. When someone walks in the apartment above you can clearly hear them. In addition to that it makes the door of the apartment shake and makes you feel like someone is knocking on the door rigorously. The utilities are more expensive than anywhere else. They charge you separately for water and sewage. The gas and electricity bills can be really high. Overall the experience has been good.

      My experience went amazing. I had a guided tour by Brian. He was very detailed in his approach. I had made a mistake in my application wherein Brian quickly rectified it for me. It's a really good area wherein commuter rain is nearby and also natick mall.

      The studio I live in is perfect for one person, with great size, structure, and a fantastic view. However, one downside is that my neighbors walk heavily (or maybe even jump) in their room, causing the floor to shake.
