Best complex in brighton. Great gym, newer complex. Premium product for price paid. Friendly staff. Fantastic repair team.
This is a wonderful place to live. If you have maintenance issues with anything, the work is completed quickly and professionally. I am extremely happy living here.

I moved to the Thayne Apartment complex when it first opened, almost two years ago and I have no regrets. It has been a wonderful experience living here. The staff are all friendly and professional. The maintenance team are caring and knowledgeable with prompt repair times. The grounds are well maintained. , as well, and enjoyable to view. I would strongly recommend this Greystar location to anyone looking for a place to call home in a beautiful and safe Brighton neighborhood.

Thayne provides an excellent living space. The neighborhood is peaceful, the gym and pool are easily accessible and great amenities to have. The WiFi is also very fast, and I love that I did not have to stress about finding a reliable company. Moving in was very easy, and the management staff was very nice.

These are very nice apartments, and the move in process was very easy. The staff are very friendly and helped me a great amount. The apartments are spacious and have a nice view. Built in washer/dryer, and even include Wi-fi. Love it!

When applying here at Thaynes it was such a smooth process , greatful for the leasing team for giving us the extra time we needed to fix our issue with our cashiers check . Everything's been very quiet and nice so far .

Thayne apartments has been a great place to live. The community is great and the people are great. Whenever I have questions I know I can always go down to the leasing office and get answers. Maintenance has been great whenever an issue or problem arises they are great about responding quickly and getting the job fixed and done. I love it here and it was an easy choice to renew my lease here!

The 5 star reviews are asked for in the office so they are not real reviews. This place is a joke. The pool is very small and constantly full of people. They close it at least once a week for maintenance. Parking was free until they decided to change that randomly with no notice. It’s $10 a month and you’re only allowed one car per apartment unless you have a 3 bedroom then you’re allowed 2 cars. The garages are $150 a month and good luck getting into one. The maintenance is a joke and they don’t communicate with anyone. If you put an order in, it won’t be fixed unless you directly ask the maintenance guy (if you can find him) The front office are decent but they don’t help with anything. The apartments are small and not worth the money they are cheaply built and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Don’t rent here. There are plenty more complex’s around that are much better.

Beautiful and spacious apartments. Quiet and clean....tucked in a nice neighborhood. The staff office and maintenance are very friendly and are genuine in your questions and concerns.
