The process of moving into Tesota Midtown was very welcoming and easy, the whole staff is very welcoming and informative whenever I have questions. The entire area of the apartment complex is always very clean and just a nice safe space, my apartment was also very clean and nice, and whenever I placed a work order for something that wasn't fixed, they would get it done that day, I was very appreciative.

Tesota is well maintained, clean and peaceful. There is security that can be called if there is an issue. The grounds are kept clean and tidy. There are several dumpsters along the property so there is usually one conveniently close to your apartment building.

Súper mal servicio. Ya tengo 2 meses que me salí de ahí y aún no me devuelven mi depósito. Los apartamentos están llenos de cucarachas. No dan el mantenimiento necesario. Super bad service. I've been out of there for 2 months now and they still haven't returned my deposit. The apartments are full of cockroaches. They do not provide the necessary maintenance.

The manager is very rude! They will charge you for anything but they use cheap paint and the work in the apartments is cheap! When I moved out I left the apartment clean and they still charged me a cleaning fee of $160 and $60 for carpet cleaning even though it was clean! They will try to take your money

Trash everywhere. Dog crap everywhere, Manager is beyond rude! Roaches and earwigs are a constant issue. It takes longer than is justifiably necessary to address work orders. They are re-landscaping the property and tools are carelessly being left around the grounds where kids and people can get hurt. Not worth it.
