As far as location & safety as well as convenience it’s an excellent choice to live here!
Great move in process and the apartment was very clean.
Terrastone travesia is pme of the worst apartments for your buck. It is way too expensive and not even nice apartments. The management here is slow to respond and doesnt give out updates when events happen. Over all would not even think about signing back here.

Honestly the best apartment I have ever lived in. I have lived at Broadstone Travesia for 6 months now and haven't regretted it once. The layout of my apartment is wonderful. Everything flows really well. Any appliance issues I had when moving in, were taken care of quickly. The thickness of the walls and the floors are perfect. I never hear my neighbors and hardly every hear the people above me. This complex is amazingly dog friendly. The pet park has actual grass in it not woodchips! There are so many grassy areas to walk a dog without being crowded by other dog walkers. In general, the environment is very calm and peaceful. Everything is kept relatively clean and the landscaping is maintained across the whole property. Plus, the bunnies! There are bunnies everywhere. I love it. Squirrels? Only 2 that I have seen in a single sighting.

We have been here for 10 years and we love it. The atmosphere is great the facilities also a great asset not to mention the location is perfect. You have quick access to every major thoroughfare as well as multiple choices of shopping and dining.

Todd and the maintenance team are the best there is! Any time I have an issue they come to the rescue within the hour and solve everything!
Have lived here for 8yrs and love the location and how nice the community is. Maintenance will show up within a day for any request. Pool and BBQ areas are always clean and I know in the past year now they have been trying to do more events like food truck Fridays and other little things.
Im a retired senior. I really feel safe and its pretty quiet. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my needs. I love love my apartment.

I loved the property and the leasing office staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I saw the apartment I was blown away. It was exactly what I was looking from with Jack and Jill bathroom doors. Its very convenient, with them if friends or family come to visit they dont have to enter my bedroom. Its great! The Maintenance Response time here at Broadstone Travesia is UNMATCHED! Friendly, informative, & quick! I dont have to use them often, but when I do Im always highly satisfied.
The front office workers and maintenance always have a positive attitude when I need help or have any concerns. This is my first time living in an apartment complex, so I have had many questions about amenities and upkeep of my apartment. To which, they have always helped me or found the answers for me. The community overall is quiet and safe, Im even thinking of getting a two bedroom once my current lease is up so I dont have to leave this community.
Broadstone Travesia apartments have been one of the best apartment living experiences I have had. The property is well kept, the apartments have beautiful finishes, the staff is communicative and helpful and overall the noise level has been great! The pool is also SUPER nice and enjoyable to spend time at. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested.

These are apartments are very nice on the inside. Beautiful finishes. Large kitchens and bathrooms. And very good layout/floor plans.
Its not just the main office that looks great. Apartments look great out and in. Def have enjoyed living here the past 3 years.

Beautiful property with all the amenities and then some and caring staff!
Dogs are constantly off leash and defecating in the grass areas where the children play, cigarettes in the grass from people throwing them off balconies, walls are paper thin. Looks luxury from the outside but certainly leaves something to be desired.
I think that they need 1-2 more people working in the office because they are always swamped, and they aren't afraid to tell you that! They are nice and helpful though, I just feel bad for them. Maintenance is awesome! They always come promptly and are super nice. The actual apartments are really nice and upgraded. Washer and dryer in every unit which is a must for me. The windows are tall and let in a ton of sunlight. If you are willing to shell out more for your rent, you can get a fenced in yard on the first floor. I've never had an issue with parking or neighbors. Also, who doesn't love valet trash service?! One thing they could do is pressure wash the concrete in each building. It gets really grimy with general foot traffic. It looks like somebody vomited or there was a bad spill on the first floor and it has yet to be cleaned up. I would have been hounding them if I lived on that floor. No place is perfect, but I really have little to complain about with this place :)
