Property Ratings at Terrapin Row
Property is just generally poorly managed. Things are constantly breaking, and when they do, it is months and months before they get addressed. Our front doors had all the locks changed, and we were left for a week without keys or access to our own units, forcing us to leave the doors unlocked when we left. The internet, which is provided by the building, is also terrible. It frequently cuts out, drops connections, and has incredibly high latency. Not only those issues, but the package center is frequently broken down causing packages to be lost and the concierge team is usually out in the evenings despite the policy of someone there 24/7. Given the price and cost of living here, I highly suggest looking at other apartments nearby that will give similar amenities and pricing without the management troubles and maintenance issues.
