Just don't
Management is horrible... Heavy police presence due to high crime. Bugs. Mice. Do not return tenant phone calls when they have an issue. No one watches their kids when they play in courtyard. Just don't.

Do not recommend
Spacious apartments have earned 1 star. Roaches and mice galore! No matter how clean your apartment is kept. Exterminator comes once a month but pest are still very much present.

My Apartment
I share a one bedroom with my 4yr old daughter old windows,poor maintenance just not enough room for both of us apartments are expensive.

Very well kept
Rent is reasonable , the lawn/ courtyard is very well kept up . Often quiet unless they are mowing the lawn . The people are nice and keep to themselves . If anything goes wrong management is always eager to come and fix the problem . Overall a very nice place to live
