We need more equipment in the gym or exercise room, such as the Smith machine and others, so we don't have to leave here to pay for gym memberships, since the facilities are very poor in equipment.

Anywhere I know is too expensive but it did help to keep adding on expenses like pest control. Reading meters etc. my apologies that I can’t spread the word my senior fellow seniors can’t afford this area.

We’ve lived here almost five years. It’s a beautiful area to live in, parks and restaurants are walking distance. Management and maintenance are pleasant and very professional to work with. However, unit appliances aren’t up to date, kitchen is outdated, parking is a bit of a hassle when vehicles aren’t moved for months.

I've been year just about a year now and had a great experience here. The complex is well maintained, the maintenance staff is polite and respond to any problems quick. It's very quiet at night here and never had any issues with neighbors.

Lease signing and move in was a smooth experience.
This place is beautiful & quiet. Great amenities. But if you have 2 cars, good luck finding parking for your 2nd car.

The only thing is that there are 3 flights of stairs - if a 1st level apt wasn't available. (aren't those more expensive?)
Cleaning lady works hard to keep this place clean, Ana & Ruben are Pleasant to talk to regarding anything.

A nice, quiet, quaint community. I do appreciate the parking security (and just security, in general) that is available when the office is closed. The management team is very respectful, available, and willing to help answer any questions I have.
The gentleman handling our service request seems to genuinely care about getting things done, and making sure we're happy with the service.
The office personnel and maintenance are exceptionally professional and competent and they are also very respectful!!

I have only lived here for 3 weeks thus far and have loved every minute of it. It is beautiful here. Anna has been an amazing help for every question I have and anything I might need. Ruben was my initial contact here and he helped me through every step in applying and being accepted as a tenant. I greatly appreciate this community and I am thankful my daughter and I can live here.

Parking and tenants using the fire lane to work/clean autos often blocking garages.
I have lived here for 8 years. The location is convenient to school, doctors and shops. The complex is clean and quiet.
Again, only neutral because of location of complex. But would recommend based purely off office personnel and unit.
Unbearable traffic and some tenant noise as well.To many big dogs, the insensitivity of tenants not putting trash where it belongs properly. Wrong appearance for the place in General.

I would recommend this apartment complex to a younger group. It seemed quiet at first but eventually the noise level got old pretty fast. The pool was full of teenagers late at night blasting music. The staff here was great though. I appreciate how well they maintained the property. Overall, the poor enforcement of pool rules and response to noise complaints was the issue for me. The property apartments were well kept.
Excellent community, but I would recommend not to take an apt located near the security booth. The security guards are very loud and chatty and if window is cracked open. The noise and laughter carry in the silence at night, between 10pm and 5am

Apartment is nice but during move out expect some extra charges. Even with valid proof you will still have to pay.
It is not likely I would recommend this to a friend or family simply because of the rent renewal rate increases. I understand 40 or 50 dollar increases annually, but the increase I was offered is simply unacceptable for not increasing any community amenities.
The price that the rent is for this apartment definitely doesn?t match the quality. Everything is always messed up or broken. I get my car towed after I?ve paid to have my car registered here. It?s terrible

I would recommend this apartment because of the amenities, the space within the apartment, and the great area it is in. It is perfect for new families and an overall great space.
Rent is high. Caliber of people moving in is going down hill. The poor day porter can barely keep up with trying to clean up after many of the tenants who are slobs. Too many barking dogs left out on balconies ALL day.
I would recommend the unit to other persons, however I would forewarn them about the very large increase in rent when it was time to renew.
