The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Village at SoTa
In the two years we lived here management was decent. When management changed everything went downhill fast. Laundry rooms shut down, maintenance unavailable, people never in the office, and not even a voicemail box to leave a message in.
I'm a Disabled Veteran. The VA sent a package via UPS and the office took possession of it from June 8 until July 20. They told me that it was a courtesy call and my fault that they had my package for so long that I needed for a medical procedure last month. That is how they treat their residents.
Gated community, Metro located right out the front gate, just minutes to anywhere. Buildings all freshly painted and many more newer upgrades coming. Very friendly staff willing to help in an instant. William B. Tacoma, Wa
