Property Ratings at Tenants in Common
The whole apartment is muddy, dirts and puddles everywhere. They take care of the area surrounding the main office but ignore everything else. Expect to see 3-4 Cops cars parked outside everyday because dodgy activities from dodgy people goes on in here. Well those are just outside, your room inside will be lot worst, plenty of damaged drawers and cabinets, hundreds of roaches and bugs living with you and regular plumbing leaks that might flood into your room. If you think of going to managers in the office asking for help, they will just tell you it's not their fault or they can do nothing about it. If 0 stars review feature was to be added in website someday, I'd come back and rate this apartment 0 gladly.
If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have chose that. If you read no other review, please read this one. The apartment is infested with roaches, the communication is awful because they never answer their phones, the maintenance crew did not care at all, and we were told it was ready to move in and given the keys without anyone from the management team checking the apartment themselves. Just to walk in with dishes still in the dishwasher, trash on the back porch, broken window, roaches everywhere, and it was obvious the quality of repairs and maintenance was below average to say the least. Please save yourself the trouble and do not commit to a lease with this company or at these apartments. I promise you will regret it.
I was living in this housing complex for 4 years because they were the "cheapest" in this area and it was close to practically everything, but unfortunately I do not recommend them because they care that the surroundings are clean but the maintenance to the apartments is zero because they take too long to do it, or they repair it with old things that break again or they never repair it. On the other hand in the renovations that were 3, never in spite of my request they never painted the apartment and they never sent me the personnel to clean the carpet. Don't complain about the neighbors you will be ignored. If you don't ask them to come and fumigate your apartment you don't get the service even though you pay it monthly on your bill and there are apartments with insects. Also they have no consideration for the residents as I am currently in the process of moving out, I have 6 days left to finish my contract and finish emptying it, they didn't wait for me to move out to do remodeling. It has been the worst place I have ever lived.

My roommate and I have lived here for over 3 years now and were def. looking for new, BUT with the new ownership and management change, we just renewed for a year. Jennifer and Shanice in the office took such great care of us working thru TRR and finding our money from the prior ownership, and making us feel important and taken care of for sure. They go well above and beyond every time. The maint has improved for sure as well. Very responsive and done almost same day every time, and they call after to make sure it was all done correctly! Who does that ! We are sold on staying here and seeing everything else they bring to the table. SO impressed

We got new management early this year and nothing's changed. They are more focused on getting the Apts to look picture perfect on the outside and aren't fixing things on the inside. They do not care if you complain about other tenants. People flat out breaking lease rules and they do absolutely nothing about it. These Apts are cheap crap with lipstick and blush.
