I fell in love with Ten68west when I saw the pictures online and even more when I saw it in person ?? The staff is absolutely amazing specially Kaitlin! She made the leasing process smooth and easy! I told her I had a really bad experience at my previous apartment and didn't want to go through that again, and she made sure I didn't! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!! Loving my new place! ??????

This Community is an absolute pleasure to live in all the staff that I have encountered have been fantastic they are very attentive to the needs of their new residents and very patient. We were asking so many questions and they made sure to answer each one of them. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and all very updated so if you are looking for a great place to live with many extras Ten 68 West is the place for you.

Excellent value, centrally located and a safe environment to call home
I have a friend that lives here and I love her apartment. I may be applying once I complete my current lease.
The apartments are nice, except if you've been living here since before the remodeling. You will find that your neighbor has a nicer looking apartment and they absolutely will not update your apartment until you move out. So you will be stuck with carpet while your new neighbor has grey washed hardwood floors. Lol Smells travel badly through the apartment. I live above inside smokers and their cigarette makes my bedroom smell like an ashtray.
Overall I love the community and location. Just hate the pest and sewage smell the bathroom gives
My husband, toddler daughter, and I have been living here for about 2 months now. The apartment complex is a mostly quiet, very family friendly environment(open field & playground in the middle grounds). Animals welcomed with a nice private dog park at the back of the apartments(walkable from all in my opinion). Parking can be hit or miss but you find that anywhere. It originally wasn’t our first choice due to price but Ten68 is worth every penny!! Ask for Sheila, she made the process beyond easy.
They love you so much until you give them your deposit money. Then they don't give a crap about you. Gave our apartment away to someone else while my family and I were out of town for a funeral. Guess what, they still have our deposit money. Now we are out a place to live and a family member.

Merchants Court sincerely apologizes for this misunderstanding. While we followed our policies in communicating with the family, it was a classic case of misunderstanding due to a lack of communication. The deposit has been refunded and Merchants Court apologizes for any inconveniences this situation has caused.
My feedback after a month of living here originally this was not my first choice for apartments because if your from p.c u know it's gotta bad repp but I had heard that they were going up on rent and trying to get the crappy people out so I figured I'd give it a shot seeing that I do have a couple good friends that live here. Before we actually even moved in our stuff kept getting switched around from one apartment that was a bottom floor which we wanted to a second floor. by the 3 or 4th time of moving our move in date we finally move in to a apartment that is totally NOT move in ready! nothing had been cleaned,painted there was no blinds old furniture on the porch NO AC!! Ect ... so needless to say it was the worst move in that I've ever experienced .. I gave them a couple weeks which they did end up fixing everything and giving us $200 off rent the first month. But then i began to notice a serious infestation of roaches !! Which they had pest control out here but it's not going to make a difference cause roaches are in the whole building and the kids leave food in the breezeway at ALL TIMES which isn't helping at all !! And yesterday after working a 10 hour shift I came home to a note on my door of a notice violation of "cigarettes " which FYI I'm kinda OCD and super clean !!! I do smoke yes but there is a ash tray on the porch which gets emptied almost everyday plus we're hardly ever home to even smoke cigs anyways we both work 40plus hours a week ..?? The note says I would charged $25 per cig if maintenance has to clean up again . Which totally shocked me cause never do I flick my cigs and I will not be paying for someone else's trash !!! Overall not pleased with the first month. I'll write another review on my 3 or 6 months of being here hope it gets better!! *finger crossed *
I will be moving in very soon. We got off to a rough start due to semi new employee and miscommunication. But we were able to get everything taking care of the apartment is very nice and spacious. Staff is very sweet and caring. Can't wait to move in!
Not a bad starter apartment for the price. The parking lot is over crowded before 5 pm, so your parking 2-3 buildings from your apartment. Your neighbors are loud and nasty, walking the dogs letting them use the bathroom anywhere w/o cleaning it up. The kids are being disrespectful and out all times of the night, spitting on the stairways and leaving trash all over the place. The stairways and walls on the outside are dirty and needs to be pressure washed. Don't like the idea that it's supposed to be a one way entrance, but people just drive in-the out way, and out-the in way. If your not careful someone will be speeding around the curve, almost causing an accident.
