North Tampa is roughly two miles southwest of the University of South Florida, roughly a mile from University Mall, two miles northwest of Busch Gardens theme park, and roughly three miles west of Adventure Island water park. Horrible to live in
Where should I begin. Mold, Mildew, ants ?? and horrible maintenance staff if they have any at the time.My toilet stopped up every other week and mgr would take 2 days to send someone out.Me and my kids had to go to nearby stores or use neighbors bathrooms.My roof fell in Due to wet modes in attic n mold valuables was ruined office did not compensate me for anything.The mgr tells all your business to other tenants with no regards to people privacy I was warned wish I had listen do your research I stayed in oakwood they all the same pass the word people work to hard to be put in this situation
