Property Ratings at Taylor Gardens
Too much noise and dusty area bc near Rt18 and construction area. Overcrowded with awful laundry room and bad heat in winter.
I’m living at Taylor apartments , they turned down heating and some cold days it is turned off, unfortunately office is not respond , most tenants have to buy heater that causes mor paying for electricity, it’s not fair
I lived at Taylor Gardens for 7 years while I was in a PhD program at Rutgers. The 1 bedroom apartments have more than enough space for 1 or 2 people to live comfortably. Parking is available in lots adjacent to the buildings with assigned spaces for each apartment and I've never had trouble finding parking for guests on the street. I called maintenance once in 7 years for a leaky faucet which they fixed promptly. The staff in the office has always been courteous and professional and quick to respond. I've had a great experience living here!
