Property Ratings at Taylor Gardens Apartments
They charge high rent and don't fix a thing. Save your money.
Used to be a decent place until North Management took over. At least 3 managers in the last 6 months, way too expensive for these ‘updated’ units. They do not care for their tenants.
This is a terrible place to live. The complex was built in 1966 not 2006 as is stated. Maintenance is almost nonexistent. Since North management took over, rent has been raised so high most residents are moving out. If you are looking to move to Taylor Gardens, think twice before committing to a year long lease.
