Decent place. Like most places right now, the rent is over priced for what you get. The gym is amazing. The courtyard is really nice too. Location is very solid. There is nearby construction that is extremely inconvenient for noise and cleanliness.

My family and I love living at Talavera. We are proud to call this community our home. The meaning of Talavera is colorful with detailed patterns on pottery. This community reflects that with beautiful kept grounds, friendly neighbors, and if you slow down in your day you’ll see the peaceful scenery around this community. The staff here from the front office to the maintenance staff have been amazing to work with, and I know with each interaction my family and I are in good hands. At the last minute, another apartment complex fell thru. I was 8 months pregnant and totally stressed. A few days before i was set to move, I came to Talavera and the entire office staff scrambled to find me an apartment in my preferred floor plan. Without an appointment Dorina took the time to walk me around the entire property to show me every option available. They spent hours with me sorting everything out and got my chosen unit ready for move-in within 48 hours so I didn't have to reschedule my movers. They went above and beyond to graciously accommodate me and I couldn't be more grateful!
Love it here, safe and secure. Everyone who visits has nothing but compliments. My grandson loves visiting the office staff. They always offer him a treat.

Talavera is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and have roomy closets and plenty of cupboard space. The apartments are quiet, I never hear noise from my neighbors. The grounds are beautiful and I love showing it off to my family and friends. The Talavera team are wonderful and are sensitive to the needs of the residents.

Talavera has been a great place to live. Everything is new, nice, and works. I hear nothing from neighbors on either side of me, and actually sort of enjoy what little I hear from neighbors above. Everyone I meet here is friendly, as well as the staff, and everything is well maintained. The parking and all the amenities are great.

One of the nicest places I have ever lived. It is like living at the Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas except no gaming tables and stores on site. Service is great, and the staff is helpful. Make renting easy. They fix their building and keep it up. Close by to everything. Very rarely will a broken item go unfixed for more than a few days. Great air filtration system.

I've enjoyed my time here at Talavera, and the quality, features, and conveniences of my apartment. I may pay a bit more for these surroundings, but feel they're worth it. My apartment is very quiet, feels secure, I haven't met an unfriendly tenant or maintenance individual yet, and the staff in the office have been stellar. I'm very pleased to be here at Talavera.

Our experience living in Talavera has been pleasant so far. We enjoyed the amenities. My daughter loves the pool and my husband is impressed with the gym. I feel safe living here. I can't wait to use the pool, hot tub, and game room when there isn't a pandemic happening. Talavera is a very peaceful community that has very spacious open floor plans, high quality appliances, and friendly and professional staff. The location is conveniently close to wonderful restaurants, groceries, and the highway. I wouldn't change anything about my experience so far.

Don't be fooled by the fancy building. The finishings are nice but with Talavera you don't get what you pay for. The HVAC is so loud you can't watch TV or talk to someone and have it running at the same time. If this is a living condition you would expect for a top dollar apartment I can recommend some other properties in town for less money. I would negotiate your rent as if there are no amenities at all because you will likely never get to use them without jumping through a lot of hoops first. If you are on a bottom floor the noise from above is the same as any other apartment. We can hear everything our neighbor above is doing. The staff is friendly, maintenance folks are awesome, and it is a good location. Once you sign your lease this is just another apartment and you are no longer a customer so negotiate accordingly.

We realize that you are disappointed in the noise level for our HVAC's. We did offer you a solution to this however we never received permission to complete. We would like to take care of that for you as soon as possible. Due to fair housing laws we do not practice rent negotiations of any kind. Since we are mandated to follow all CDC and County rules for COVID-19 we can not open most of our amenities same for apartment communities in Sacramento County. In community living and majority plank flooring you will hear noise from some of your neighbors. We do feel bad that you are not happy with a few items and we are doing our best to do what we can to remedy what we can. Apartment living isn't for everyone but our community and team are outstanding. Once we are able to fully open our Dog Spaw, DIY Craft Room, Gym, hot tub, bike repair shop and two interior courtyards, ping pong and BBQ's this community is like a "Staycation" for sure. It is just unfortunate for the times that we are going through. We would love nothing more than to open the property to it's fullest. I hope that we can come and install the sound board for your HVAC to make that quieter for you, please let us know when you are ready. Your Talavera Management Team Read Less
