From the moment I started my tour I fell in love with the property. The amenities are exceptional and the staff are incomparable. Every step has been seamless with routine communication. Now that I am living here it is even better than I could have imagined.

I am very pleased with the way my request was handled in a timely and quick manner. Maintenence was very polite and professional.

Maintenance and the office staff are professional and helpful. I’ve lived here since 2023 and have had a good experience overall.

Tacara Gruene is a quite, friendly community to live in. Close to shopping areas, fast food, and downtown Gruene.

Some of the units here (in building 8 and elsewhere) are absolutely infested by beetles and spiders. Pest control doesnt seem to do anything because they have set up shop inside the walls and foundation. Also the build quality is very poor, so you will hear everything your neighbors do: You are allowed to AIRBNB out your place and theres a new set of loud people int here every other day, I found cig butts in my planters and theres no smoking on the property. Disgraceful.

The people at Tacara Gruene make the experience human and not so corporate. The usual landlord /tenant lack of love is not here on the ground at the complex. If it was then it would be the standard us vs them place, but the staff here make the difference.

The managers were professional and efficient in promoting my application and getting me in. The move was made easier because of their attention and attitude to my needs. So thank you girls in the office! Great job.

The towing to that prison-looking yard in crime ridden San Antonio, left me unable to bestow this place's otherwise good performance.

Great amenities, quiet, location is very good. Overall good place to live, only complaint is with one of the staff members in the office acting in a very unprofessional manor towards me. Perhaps the management team should have a class on professionalism in the workplace as a reminder.

Tacara Gruene is a beautiful apartment community. Everyone is friendly and functions planned by Tacara staff are a great way to get to know neighbors.

Even despite the various less than preferrable experiences here, this has been the best complex I have ever lived at. The issues have stemmed from neighboring residents and maintenance workers, but when these concerns have been brought to the office staff- they have gone above and beyond to help address them and bring professional resolution. Tacara Gruene is beautiful, the units are luxurious, and the general staff is fantastic. They have a care for the community both through maintaining the clean and positive environment as well as promoting community events throughout the year. The amenities are also excellent, and the upkeep has been second to none. THANK YOU for creating such a wonderful place to live!

Office and maintenance staff are friendly and respond w/in day. The grounds and amenities are kept beautifully. I highly recommend Tacara for professionals who want to be near everything and relax after long day!

This place is more homey than many homes I've lived in and without the chores that go with a home. You don't have to leave for a gym, office space, pool table, chess or even for coffee. Add the staff, who are also our neighbors, and it's a whole "thing" as they say.

When it was time to choose a new place to live, the decision came down to The Landmark Lofts and this place. This place has better amenities and the units are cooler/more modern looking. I made the right decision.

Those girls at the leasing office are really professional and polite. The amenities are awesome as well as the gym. It has everything I need. My neighbors are friendly and kind. This is more than a home. This is a luxurious resort!

It's home and it feels like home. Both my teen daughter and myself feel this way and it's not summer yet. Looking forward to the resort style pool.

Tacara Gruene is an amazing place to live. This particular property is located right near Gruene, Texas and it's all fun. Also, located where one can easily travel all over the city or other areas such as San Antonio, Austin. If you are looking for a more secure place to live, say no more. Tacara Gruene is gated, the mail room, gyms(2 gyms), and game room is accessible with your resident issued key fob. Furthermore, the pool area is phenomenal, even has a huge screen TV and a "chill" area for hanging out with friends. Not to mention the green for the putting people. Also, Tacara Gruene loves our furry family member, Tiger. After all, he is a part of our family too. The staff is very responsive to requests and very friendly. I just love how clean the property stays and our apartment was brand new when we moved in. Tacara Gruene even has brand new appliances with washer and dryer in the unit. Honestly, I had to pinch myself when we moved in. My fiance and I are highly impressed and very happy to be a part of Tacara Gruene.

I have to say that upon just viewing the property, I was highly impressed. Now that I am living here, I have to say that first impressions were right. Actually, so much better that I am living here. The gyms, yes two gyms are 24/7 accessible, secured and always clean. The grounds here at Tacara Gruene are kept clean and the grass is pretty. Tacara Gruene also has a secured mail room with even a TV and a refrigerator. The pool area has large TV's, grills and even areas for recreation with friends. Furthermore, for the golf players, there is also a putting green here. Activities for the residents include Wine Wednesdays and Pizza Mondays. Valet trash is also a huge plus, with pick up right outside your door. Also, a huge business room/game room exists . Tacara Gruene loves our furry family too. With all these amenities and the fact that the staff here is so helpful. Even before we moved in, the staff was prompt. The staff made the move so easy and seamless.The unit itself has new appliances, fixtures, countertops, you name it. Also, super clean when I moved in. Tacara Gruene is like no other property in New Braunfels, Texas. With all that Tacara Gruene has to offer, this place is a step above the rest. Furthermore, Tacara Gruene is located where all of the area is easily accessible, including surrounding areas. Overall, Tacara Gruene is the green place to be where your growth awaits.

I have been at Tacara for almost 7 months and it is the greatest experience I have had at an apartment. The staff is amazing, welcoming, informative, and they communicate so well. The apartment itself is stunning, clean, maintained very well. I love living here and plan on staying a long time.

I loved touring this community! The office staff was so friendly and knowledgeable really made me feel better about my leasing decision. This brand new build is so beautiful from the apartments as well as the amenities.

The office personnel were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. The amenities here at Tacara Gruene in New Braunfels, Texas are amazing. The key less entry unit is also a plus. The open floor plan unit itself is immaculate, with new appliances and a fresh new look. The community atmosphere is very nice too. Furthermore, Tacara Gruene's location allows for easy travel in the city and to other cities. The prices are super competitive. Not to mention,, Tacara Gruene is right across loop 306 to the historic Gruene Texas. Also, Tacara Gruene even has a putting green. Overall, there really is no place like Tacara Gruene.

There were some growing pains moving in here, but thats just the norm when you move into a brand new spot no one has ever lived in before. Couldn't be happier with the place: Beautiful apartment, great staff in the office and the maintenance team is very cool/professional and address any issues ASAP. It's a quiet community besides the occasional dog, and all the other residents I've met are all very nice, if not a bit a reserved. Its a great place to live. Top notch amenities as well, though since its winter I haven't felt the need to use them yet. The mailroom is also super cool and I wish all places operated like that

The apartment community itself is fantastic, with great amenities and a friendly atmosphere. I also want to give a shout-out to Kris from Maintenance. In the short time I’ve been here, I had minor maintenance issues, and Kris was incredibly efficient and professional in resolving them. It’s clear that the staff here takes pride in their work, and it truly shows in their exceptional service. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move to Tacara Gruene. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live.

I have lived in many apartments. The efficiency of the maintenance makes it or breaks it for me. This location has a responsive, quick and professional crew.

The staff is wonderful with variations of apartment styles.
