Property Ratings at Sycamore Canyons
Jacuzzi never worked, endless repairs needed inside the apt. Shotty workmanship before we moved in led to water damage of the countertops, management refused to fix these issues and in fact wanted to raise our rent when the counters were unusable. Washers/dryers constantly had pet hair in them, and there was an ant problem. Rent charges surpassed the quality of living even after only 1 year. Ridiculous expectations for tenants to not receive what they believe they’re paying for.
Nice place, the property is beautiful and full of trees. Leasing staff was great , Mayreli was awesome. Quiet area, lots of parking, nice units and great location. Stoked to be here
Hostile agents and managers. Chaotic management, cancel my application arbitrarily. DO NOT APPLY ONLINE Try talk to them and you will find out this bullshits
This place is awesome. I love being surrounded by trees and the mountains. Close to everything I need. My apartment is huge and the price can't be beat. I will call this place home for a long time. The staff is so helpful and they made sure my move was easy. Thank you and keep up the great work.
& neighbors are RUDE! management does not help! Once u sign the lease ur ignored!!
I love this building because it is nestled among all beautiful trees and streams. The ownership recently put in new bbq areas and a high end dog park. This place makes me feel like I am living in a 5 star resort!!!! Thanks Jessica for always being their for us!
The apartments are visually nice but living here is awful. The walls are paper thin so I can hear everything my neighbors do. There’s always people hanging out in the parking lot which feels incredibly unsafe. I’ve had people park in my assigned parking spot and called security in which nothing has happened. I can’t wait till my lease is up. I’ve lived in plenty apartments and this is by far the worst one.
