The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Switchback on Platte
Switchback on Platte is a small and quaint community, in a great location, for a great price. Their maintenance team is amazing.
I enjoy living at Switchback. The grounds are well kept and staff friendly. One complaint is the small refrigerator and the freezer doesn't seem to work efficiently because it freezer frosts too many items kept there.
Living at Switchback on Vinewood has been a great experience. The move in process was quick and hassle-free and I’ve never had trouble getting a hold of management. The apartment was in great shape when I moved in and the community is safe and ideally located near the South Platte bike path. It has been a great place to live and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe community.
We love it here, maintenance is amazing, leading staff are kind. The apartment and grounds are amazing!
Newly renovated apartments with great access to some of Denver's best trails and outdoor spaces. Quick access to downtown Littleton and the heart of Denver and relatively affordable apartments!
The Switchback on platte community has been welcoming, safe, quiet and overall everything we were looking for in an apartment community.
I appreciate the timely manner in which my repairs have been made. I'm also tremendously thankful for the new windows that were installed this summer. Deeply grateful!
Great Place to live and Wade is an excellent property manager he always address my concern very quickly and also very knowledgeable and great customer service since i have moved here.
Wade is a great property manager always a big help when I address any issues. Highly recommend these apartments very reasonable and nice area to live in.
I wish I could give a positive review, but we have been dissatisfied with our living experience here.
Best place I have ever lived! Good management and access to park trails
It is a quiet friendly place located by a lot of beauty to behold!
If you like to live dangerously, you'll love it here! There are car break ins every week! Rents will most certainly continue to rise to market rates and management will find any way to nickel and dime you that they can. Have any issues that you want management to address? I'm sure they'll send you an email that's reassuring yet non-committable! Wanna get back in shape? You'll love the broom closet they keep open for us to workout in! Why pay for laundry once, when you can actually pay for it twice!! It's a thrill to feed the machine coins and then also pay utilities on top of it. If aesthetics are important to you, you'll love the hodgepodge of green and black exteriors on the buildings.
Switchback on Platte has been an amazing place to live. The rent is cheap for the area and the staff is amazing. I felt right at home once I went inside.
Great experience and nice and informative staff. Wade helps alot when issue or concerns come up and very very nice area by the trail and the Platte river. Beautiful views in the area Littleton here at these apartments. Friendly residents as well ??
I just moved to Switchback a couple of days ago and everything that I have encountered so far has been great! Leasing agent Wade is great and easy to work with, Max from maintenance is the best. I had an issue (on my end) and he was quick to respond. The area is great and the price is very affordable. Definitely recommend!
Great staff and maintenance. well built buildings, minimal noise from other residents. Quiet place to live, highly recommend!
Very wonderful community of people at these apartments, office staff is friendly and helpful.
I truly feel as though it was divine intervention that brought me to Switchback on Platte. I am not a seminary student like most of the residents here, but everyone is very friendly and welcoming and it felt like home right away. It's clean, affordable, right next to the river, right next to the Hudson Gardens, easy to get places on Santa Fe, and the staff are excellent!
The location for Switchback is great for active individuals, right next to the Platte River trail and Hudson Gardens. They have a playground that makes it family friendly. The staff are super responsive to any concerns or maintenance requests.
