So far it's been pretty good the staff are really nice. Everything seems to be exactly what they said. Had a few things in my apartment that need fixed but the office said they will get fixed. So far so good.

There were some repairs that needed to be done that were pretty necessary and they were not done so out-of-pocket I did them because I needed my bathroom sink. I also needed my Kitchen sink. The leaking toilet situation was addressed, thankfully.?? Also, when I first moved in here I went to use my bedroom blinds and the entire set fell down and struck me in my right eyelid which hurt for quite An incident report made when I went to the office and spoke with the manager who was there at the time. I was told that we will be getting new blinds. None of my blinds except for one actually works the rest do not work. They will not go up at all.

This is my very first apartment and I love it! It’s quiet and clean and very well maintained and upkept. Has onsite laundry and pool which is a plus and also stainless steel top tier outside grilling. Then to top it all off I’m only 12 minutes from work and walking distance to South County Mall and a backpack full of other stores, restaurants, and gas stations. 5 stars for me

the previous company was really bad. we were supposed to get hardwood floors in our bedroom but we couldn’t because there was a “crack” in the foundation. our closet isn’t even a real closet, we can’t even slide our hangers back and forth. the a/c unit is really janky with having foam around it to hide the fact we can see outside. the paint behind our door looks like a kid painted it compared to the rest of the building. maintenance is absolutely lazy to do anything, they really don’t “fix” a lot but just find a way around the problem. our ventilation fan above the stove sounds like a rocket ship getting ready to take off. i do like the fact of having a secured entry inside but it freezes sometimes. also having a new lock and door handle is way better than the last.

We took a tour of the apartments and decided to get on the waiting list. All was fine at first until the leasing agent stopped responding. My husband called to get the move in fees because we had forgotten since the tour and they do not give any paperwork with the information. Two weeks later they still have not called back. I reached out yet again to see if we’re going to have units available for our move in date and to ask about the fees AGAIN. Now they have completely stopped responding. These units are way too small and over priced for the landlord special renovations they did. Don’t waste your time here trying to get a simple response. This is the perfect definition of putting lipstick on a pig.

This place is absolutely perfect for my situation. They helped with my not so great credit. They also worked with me to accept my esa animals. It is a small place but perfect for me. The only downside was the floor was a little wonky in the kitchen but nothing major.

Good place to live and amazing , people here a nice and cool to be around and no complaints from no one , I lived in O'Fallon very expensive place to live at but this area is cheaper the st charles county

I have to give it to the maintenance people first off. They respond at a timely fashion . I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to have something broken and maintenance takes their sweet time but here at Renew on the blues these guys take what they do serious and get the job done so thank you for that! The new renovations are coming along can’t wait to see how everything is going to look once finished

Good so far, had a few problems here and there but have been mostly fixed. Currently having issues with neighbors not cleaning up their pet waste but other than that we love it.

Hello, I just moved into my apartment. The front office ladies are very nice, they made the process very smooth and easy. The apartment was updated with a new stove, sink and counter tops. It is very clean and I love the layout. The area is very quiet and well landscaped! I absolutely love that there is no smoking in the the apartments.

Love this apartment it’s renovated and nice for what they want in rent. The only thing I would say is that you would have to be on top when it comes to maintenance because they told me they was going to fix some things and never did.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE PHOTOS! Been waiting for a apartment 2 months, they have maintenance and contractor issues they are cutting corners very poor work, using old fixtures, just putting paint on everything like lipstick on a pig and calling it updated. We were shown a unit that was done very well and that’s not what you are getting. They are using digital pictures to bait you in.

Today, April 21, 2022 I scheduled a tour at 2:30pm and arrived at that time. There wasn’t anyone in the leasing office and I waited an extra 20 minutes just to be greeted by another property manager or whatever just to tell me that her and the other person had an emergency. I was requested to reschedule and I tried to reschedule for the next day just for them to ask if April 29th would be a good day to reschedule.
Views a townhome in February and was told the next one wouldn't be available till late June and to call/come back in May to check. Called today and was told that it was already taken. Informed the staff member that I had send in 3 emails trying to get more information and they replied that the manager never responds to emails. When I expressed my disappointment and that maybe it was a good thing that I didn't move there they replied "I don't blame you"...so the staff doesn't seem to think to highly of this place. This review is about the management, not the physical buildings.
