Sur Club apartments are AMAZING! The amenities, location and available floor plans are excellent. Cory and his management team are attentive, friendly and truly care about the residents. I love that it’s pet friendly and has a dog park. There are two pool areas that are beautiful and the landscaping is well maintained. LOVE IT!

Lived here a year. Nice enough for what it is, but the cost continue to rise. Want to sign a new lease? Rent jumps $50. Need trash picked up every night? No? Well tough, you'll still get charged $30 a month. Parking? Well, sorry, you now need to pay $25 a month EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAR!! Oh, and then there's cable (who the hell uses CABLE anymore??) Mandatory $150 a month. But at least you have a reliable connection, right? Uh, NO. Premium channels? Nope... can't even get REGULAR cable channels... have to set that up and pay for it yourself. Other utilities? They'll bill you for them at random, meaning you have to check their portal every day just in case. Miss a payment by a day? $125 fine. All this is bad enough, but what do you get for your money? Not service, that's for sure. Emergency service is a joke. Bugs in the place (and I keep this place SPOTLESS)? Call and they'll EVENTUALLY come up and squirt Raid here and there. Maybe. I keep thinking it can't get any worse. They keep proving me wrong. Stay away, is my advice.
The walls and ceilings have no sound insulation. I can hear people flushing above me. There are more dogs than people here, the hallways smell like a wet dog, there is dog poop everywhere. I feel like I live in a kennel. Barking dogs throughout the day, try that when you're on a conference call for work. The mandatory internet package is not worth the effort to setup. I opted to purchase my own internet service just to get some work done. Don't be fooled, it's pretty, but that's the extent of it.
Walls are paper thin, you can literally hear neighbors cough. Mandatory wi-fi is shared by the building and is slow when most people are home. Dog poop all over the grass outside and sometimes in the hallways inside. Leasing staff is rude and could care less about any of the issues.
Thank you so much Adrianna for you kindness & respect when we came in to look at Sur Club. That really means so much to us. Your knowledge of Sur Club and its amenities is amazing. When you took us in to see the apartment we are going to be leasing, we immediately fell in love. We appreciate how bright, open, exciting & airy it is, as well as the beautiful wrap around balcony. We also want to thank Janessa and James for their assistance. We have never met an apartment management team that we feel is so willing to assist current and future residents. With that kind of reputation you will be the #1 premier apartment location in this part of Florida!
Management and employees are very rude. No one answers the phone during business hours. Work orders aren't attended to. Emails to property manager aren't answered. Very Strict rules at complex. One thing they are good at is collect your cash at the end of the moth though! Not worth the hassle or the price.
Great apartments in an awesome centralized location. Awesome leasing staff and amenities as well. Ask for Corinna!
