What ??

I read nothing but negative reviews here. Rubbish I say. First brand spanking new apartment I’ve ever lived in. Mt. Hood view out my bedroom window (another first). You can bbq, just not on your patio/deck. Smart rule. There are bbq areas. And what a great price!

Sunset apartments

Clean and beautiful brand new but has a lot of problems with people and with management First of all parking is big problem so you’re not allowed to do BBQ 3 people leaving dog poops everywhere Between 1 to 5 stars I will give it one star and not recommend it

Cigarette Smoke and Butts Everywhere

The apartments are beautiful but they allow smokers to do almost anything on this property. I have never lived in an apartment where smokers are not encouraged to take responsibility for living in a communal environment. Cigarette butts liter the hallways and the outside and smokers are free to smoke right outside your bedroom window. And a new addendum has just come out saying that smokers are now allowed to smoke inside the apartment. If you care about your health and living environment DO NOT move here. The smoking policies were not even disclosed to us when we signed the lease. We were told about it after the fact.

Disapointing

I Moved here thinking since its a new complex that it would be nice boy was I wrong, The kids in some groups run around destroying the tree's throw rocks and half eaten fruit on peoples patios , do knock and runs. try opening apartment doors, Steal Items off your porch if your Not watching, They allow people to have many dogs i have seen any ware from 2-5 dogs from one unit some have and they let them poop all over the place and just walk off, many time's i have seen it left smashed on the sidewalks, they bark Non stop for hours at a time late at night. Some not all will park their cars in front of a unit and sit in their cars talking while leaving their headlights beaming through your windows, The noise echoes as the kids yell and scream in the corridors, I love dogs so its Not the dogs I have a problem with or kids since I also am raising one its the lack of parenting and the dog owners I have a problem with. Also the only garbage is at the office so to take your trash out if you live at the far end of the complex be ready to have a bit of a walk to dispose of it. so unless you dont mind lots of Noise and some very undisciplined children and like to walk in dog waste I would Not recommend this place I have Not even lived here 6 months and I am already looking for another place to move to

Clean and luxury nice apartments ever I seen but the only problem they have you cannot make bbq and the worst things about this apartments you can smoke inside the apartment or outside the apartment
