ZERO STARS in our opinion. Apartment is beautiful inside but you will never feel comfortable to call this place "home". The area is dirty, the kids make the place TERRIBLE, they run around and bang on people's doors & run away. They throw rocks and trash at buildings, they also stare inside other residents windows. They damage people's cars by throwing rocks at them. The rental office wants you to do all the work of following kids home to see where they live instead of looking at the cameras. Some of us are BEYOND ready for our lease to end, we will not ever recommend this place to anyone. We hate it here and are very upset we couldn't make this place be our home!!!

My advice is keep on looking, scroll on by. While the apartments INSIDE, are lovely...the grounds are nasty and the upkeep is a joke. Maintenance barely exist and the leasing office isn't interested in doing anything but filling up apartments. They could not care less about what goes on throughout the property, kids are ALWAYS unsupervised leaving trash strolled around the parking lots, stairwells, and patios. Tenants are loud and smoke weed on their patios, in their apartments, in the parking lots and anywhere else they feel like it...even though the property is supposed to be smoke free and drug free, yeah ok. If you're desperate for a place to live, my apartment will be available in a few months.

Property unit are nice in inside but there are a lot in unsupervised children and people in stairway loitering and smoking weed . Trash thrown throughout the park lot and in stairwell and is not properly maintained or clean . Rent office barely answer their phone and the schedule request and repairs are done late ...
