Filthy!
This building is very poorly run. The board is ancient and won't pay for any improvements nor do they clean. There are dead bugs everywhere and the carpets are filthy. Carpets are NEVER vacuumed or cleaned. In addition, cars get broken into yet the board will not authorize any cameras stating it's too expensive. Stay away from this building.
