I moved here a year ago and never saw mice or roaches very clean and quiet neighborhood,the are very fast in maintnance service. i wont change a thing!!
Currently living here and waiting for my lease to run out. Management is completely useless and is nearly impossible to communicate with them. There is a huge mice problem going on and management or maintenance won’t do anything about it. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
My neighbors is driving me crazy. I live on the second floor and I can hear everything my neighbors upstairs are doing. Management is no help. If you value your sleep don't move here.
Do not rent from here unless you are on the 3rd floor. I can hear literally everything coming from my upstairs neighbor. This has made my live a living hell for the past year. The office management is completely unresponsive to any issues. It is almost impossible to get in contact with them, even for URGENT matters. Parking is a HUGE issue. If you plan to live here with someone else or often have friends or family over do not consider renting from here. Furthermore, the spots that you are assigned are so small that you hit your parking neighbors car when opening the door.
This is the worst apartment complex ever. Extremely noisy. Grounds unkept. Management and maintenance are useless. Walls are paper thin.
Money hungry property managers not waiving rent & late fees during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC whilst people are unable to work and provide for themselves.. but don't worry, RENT IS STILL DUE ON THE 1ST and DONT FORGET you will be charged a fee for using debit card because you arent allowed into their offices. what a joke

Dear upset resident, the Landlord may waive a late charge if the tenant demonstrates a legitimate reason to the office in writing. Unfortunately credit card fees do-not go to the Landlord but to the credit card company. (This is out-of-Landlord-control) Hope this comment helps. Best regards from Sunrise Village.
i visit the sunrise village ,loveit but they didnt have 2 bed rooms avaible, like the area ,really limke the model appartment i saw ,wish they had the 2 bed rooms i needed, thanks
