This little community is quiet and safe! Maintenance is super sweet and efficient, constantly making improvements to the buildings. Landscaping and pest control are reliable and consistent. Great value compared to the rest of Nashville housing!
Very happy with everything so far other than not being able to have a griddle grill on my porch that's my only drawback other than that it's safe and cozy
Just renewed my lease gladly - love this complex! Great community and amenities - I love the included gym membership, picnic areas, and community garden in particular. The apartment space is perfect for my needs and budget! I spend a lot of time on my balcony.
Management is easy to get in contact with, apartments are clean and renovated, pool and laundry room are clean, peaceful community. Overall i’m happy i chose this complex
So far it has been a very welcoming and smooth transition. Only complaint I have is the flooring is a little uneven and cheaply done. There will be bugs but they are very helpful and make it easy to get pest control to you. The staff and management is wonderful they do their best to make you feel welcomed
Great place to live for the price you’re paying! Management staff and maintenance are prompt and really kind. Would recommend this place to those looking for an affordable, and quiet, studio or one-bedroom apartment.
I just moved in a few weeks ago. So far so good, maintenance and office staff are nice and get the job done. Things are clean and well kept.
I love living here it’s always clean outside and they are quick when maintenance is needed. I like that we have a gated community makes it feel safe

I had an issue the second morning 8 am on a Sunday. I couldn't figure out the shower/tub I needed to take a bath (no shower curtain yet). I called the emergency line and left a message. Within two minutes, the maintenance guy was here helping me. Now that is service!
Very nice neighborhood, quiet and pretty. All the staff are super nice and welcoming. Especially Emily, the manager who was very kind and helpful throughout my apartment hunt and move in process.
Ladies in front office were great. Grounds are well kept I love the garden space. The salt water pool is an added perk as well. I'm still trying to get used to not using an actual key to open my door. That washer/ dryer unit is the bomb.

Since I’ve moved into Sunrise Apartments, I’ve had nothing but good interactions with the office and maintenance staff. They are very professional and always make sure that everything is top-tier.
This is most definitely the best and my favorite place I’ve had on my own. It’s calm. It’s quiet in seven months. I have not seen anything negative or bad. All the residents here are quiet and nice. The staff here is amazing. I have never lived anywhere and had so much interaction such as, keeping everybody informed of anything and everything that has to do with Sunrise Apartments , to the weather, to just checking on everyone individually and being here to help or assist in anyway they possibly can with all the staff and each department from management to maintenance. They even have a wonderful rewards program that allows residence to enter simple surveys for point that you can accumulate for a gift cards. apartments are nice It’s gated there’s a swimming pool. They love and accept pets. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars. Definitely. checks every box. I definitely recommend Sunrise Apartments to everyone and especially to those who just wanna really nice, secure , and quiet place to live
Everyone has been so kind to me. The pool is amazing. I feel like i couldn't have landed in a better place. The staff is on point and it feels really wholesome. Im very happy to be living here.

I really appreciate how organized the application process was. My partner and I were able to move in within a week! Also the pool is spectacular. I really enjoy the view of nearly nothing but sky and trees while swimming/being at the pool. It feels very luxurious!
It has been almost 2 months and I have been enjoying my new apartment. So far I had no issues with any maintenance, few noise complaints (mainly neighborhood noise issues), very little bug problems(usually I just kill them when I come across just 1), and a very secured area. I plan on bringing a friend to stay with me and I would recommend this apartment!
It's been very quite and peaceful since I have moved in so far. I have enjoyed the layout of my apartment and enjoying the complex. The personal working here have been nice and helpful and amazing.
I like living here. I think that it is worth it for the price that you’re paying— the staff is nice and friendly. The maintenance team is quick to respond and helpful. I’ve had very little issue living here and anything that I’ve had. It’s been resolved quickly.
This has been a great place to call home. Only been here for a month but so far it’s been lovely. I look forward to coming home after a long day of work. It’s super quiet and peaceful which I love! The move in process was super easy from start to finish. Leslie made it so seamless and not stressful at all. Love my apartment and all of the updates. The pool and in unit washer and dryer have been a great addition to this complex. I feel safe and that was my #1 priority. Love that it’s a gated community. It has been a wonderful experience and happy to be home!
Maintenance is super sweet, and addresses issues within 24 hours! Complex is pretty quiet, pool is open and peaceful, rent is super reasonable in comparison to the skyrocketing costs of Nashville. Happy to feel safe & at home here!
Love the new environment! Nice and quiet. Moved in to welcoming arms. The move in was very fast! Haven’t gotten the chance to meet new neighbors but everyone seems nice.. Absolutely love waking up to the sunshine and birds chirping.
Living here at Sunrise Apartments is really a dream come true! The property is gorgeous and quiet. I absolutely love waking up to seeing big beautiful trees outside my balcony. Being that I'm single, I feel safe and secure here! I recommended these Apartments to anyone who will listen. Management is fabulous and the maintenance men are on top of every issue that occurs!

I have had such a pleasant experience staying here at Sunrise! Emily, Leslie, and the maintenance staff are super quick to respond to any questions, concerns, or feedback and the property is maintained incredibly well! I have not had any issues in my unit that weren’t minor and even so the few that I have had them, they were dealt with immediately. Calling the complex is definitely not the best method of communication as it was hard to reach them that way when trying to come tour the complex. I recommend emailing them or just showing up to the office during business hours! They are also very pet friendly!

I rate this apartment with 5 stars. The application process was easy, done all of it online. The manager was very nice and helped me with any questions I had. I love that it is gated. My new apartment looked as if it was brand new when I moved in. Very clean and nice. Overall great place.

There have been some wonderful improvements on the property. Communication, in the form of letters/notices/emails has gotten better. The remodeling of the buildings exterior looks great, along with steel fencing all along the property. I can't wait until they get the gates up and running.

The community is going through remodels and it’s a work in progress. The exterior hallways leading to the apartments is still very rough looking but I am hoping it will be cleaned up eventually. A lot of the air conditioning/ heating units need the screens replaced and the wood floors are very dirty. It’s very quiet though and I love that.

Sunrise apartments has been nothing but a great experience so far. Pretty clean place, staff is nice, and overall I haven’t had any issues. I’ve been here since February 2024. I’ll probably stay a while, not many places that have as high reviews. And most places aren’t as transparent about the downsides of living in their places. But overall I think it’s a pretty good place to live

My experience with Sunrise has been pleasant. The one-bedroom is spacious and the walk in closet is fabulous. As far as community amenities go, the pool and the front lawn is lovely and the pool is clean and large. The only downsides to the apartments are the location. While the apartment is tucked away at the top of a hill, the surrounding community area can be a bit questionable.

The staff and maintenance here are awesome Emily the office manager is very sweet and she makes sure the residents here are taken care of and if you have a maintenance issue they are right there to fix any problem
