a Team That Treats Tenants Like Neighbors, Not Numbers I wasn’t happy with the trim in my apartment — it was showing some wear and tear. Elliot and Jacob didn’t just fix it; they listened. They asked what I wanted, took my input seriously, and upgraded the repair so it actually fits my home’s style and looks brand new. Kayden supported the whole process with kindness and professionalism. They could’ve done the bare minimum, but instead, they made sure I felt heard and cared for. Truly above and beyond service!

It's quite loud between couples fighting and undisciplined kids yelling at nearly all hours. Trash also gets left all over the place. Parking is one of the worst aspects, and don't be surprised when your car is towed for no reason for parking around the sundial, even when you've gotten permission to do so - they don't care if it happens.
I really don't like leaving bad feedback and honestly, I have held off in hope something positive would change at this property. However, I don't want anyone to experience what I have here. This property has a big issue with smoking on the property, and this primarily includes residents that use marijuana heavily. It is clearly stated in our lease agreement, legally binding mind you, that this is a non smoking property, which means no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the units under federal law. However, I can't even be in my unit on somedays as the smell of marijuana is horrific!! I have even been woke up by it at 2, 3, 4 a.m. and have had to open all my windows and doors. Getting a good nights sleep for work is near impossible some nights. It has gotten to the point where I can even smell it in my closets, under my sinks and in my bathtub/shower and laundry. I have complained numerous times over the years with numerous site managers, and they just send out a blanket letter to the building. If you sign a lease here expecting it to be a smoke (marijuana) free community, think again! My family is now having breathing issues, issues with burning eyes and headaches. I would HIGHLY recommend that you do NOT waste your hard earned money on an apartment at Sundial if you value any kind of a healthy home life.
I have been here almost 2 years and I absolutely love it! The staff is super friendly and very professional. It;s quiet and clean. Close to all the shopping and parks. Never moving!
The best part of this place will be seeing it in my rear view mirror. In 3 yrs they have raised rent $300 a month, yes a month. Quiet? I don’t know where that person lives because that park like setting in the pictures is literally a grade school playground during daylight hours!! Noise, parking any after hours issues (after 6pm right when you get home from work) or weekend problems you’re on your own. No management on property. They really aren’t management anyways, they are leasing agents who’s only goal is to lock you in to a contract and make sure you’re check clears, and charge you if it doesn’t, sometimes they even try to charge you a late fee when you paid on time, Watch their accounting carefully!! They have an emergency after hours number but they ignore it. My apt was flooded and hundreds of dollars in damage and personal injury and they didn’t cover any of it. Stay away!!
These apartments have the small town feel while being relatively close to everything! The property is kept up well and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was hard finding an apartment that is both dog and cat friendly as well. We wish we had a dog park on property but their is one close. Crist
We have lived here for over a year now and we love it! The current manager is prompt to take care of any needs in and around the complex. It's quiet. The grounds are non smoking and the court yard is perfect for kids. Plus it's in a fantastic school system.
This is an absolutely beautiful place to live. The lawn is well taken care of and after storms, debris is cleared from in front of doorways. But, other renters seem to get away with a lot. There is always someone blasting music or having a yelling match well into quiet time and some people don't always clean up after their pets. Someone even dumped a smoothie on my husband's car (not sure if malicious or some drunken shenanigans). When we first moved in, one renter told us that people here get away with a lot. Didn't want to believe her at first, but it's become a nuisance.
These apartment complexes are not bad at all but the price is slightly high for the condition and the management of the place. The neighborhood is great and its surrounded by great people.
