I have had an excellent experience with the management at this property. Jorden is an amazing manager--always attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the satisfaction of the residents. Jorden, Andrew, and Danny consistently demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to maintaining a well-managed and welcoming community. All inquiries and maintenance requests are handled in a timely and courteous manner and Patrick has been super helpful and has demonstrated exceptional customer service as well. It's clear that the entire team takes great pride in their work and goes above and beyond on a regular basis. Jorden, Andrew, Danny, and Patrick truly deserve recognition--and a promotion--for their outstanding dedication and service. I am very satisfied with the level of care provided and highly recommend this property under Jorden's management and Andrew and Danny's amazing customer service! The community and the people that live here are wonderful. The grounds are beautiful as well. The problem here lies with the HOA and security. Homes are burglarized while the security relaxes by the park, homeless people frequently utilize the community center to bathe and wash their clothes in the pool, and there is not a single speed bump in the entire community to protect your children. Also the parking rules are ridiculous as you’re not allowed to park on the street unless you own three cars (this means if you only own two cars, you are forced to park in the garage only). Ponte Vista has a potential to be such a wonderful place to live, but the HOA insists on ignoring all of the residence complaints. As it stands, we plan to leave this community in the next year or two unless things improve (which it likely won’t because the HOA is more focused on giving out tickets for trash bins left out too long instead of making the community safer for the people here).

While Suncrest at Ponte Vista is located within the Ponte Vista community, we want to emphasize that we only manage the townhome rentals and do not have any control over HOA rules, security operations, or community-wide policies. These decisions are solely managed by the HOA. We recommend reaching out directly to the HOA board with your concerns, as they are the governing body responsible for these regulations. While we have no decision-making power regarding these rules, we will continue to communicate resident concerns to the HOA whenever possible.
I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation. This community is absolutely fantastic—beautiful, well-maintained, and filled with everything I need both inside and out. The neighbors are friendly, and the entire community is clean and welcoming. It’s truly a desirable place to live. Every time I walk out my door, I feel an overwhelming sense of happiness and gratitude. A huge thank you to everyone who played a role in helping me get approved for my new townhouse! I want to acknowledge the incredible team at the office—Jorden, Daniela and Andrew, —you all are amazing. Your teamwork, dedication, and support made this process so smooth, and I am beyond grateful. Suncrest Ponte Vista is a fantastic community that truly stands out. It’s incredibly dog-friendly, with plenty of parks and open spaces that make it a dream for pet owners. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for those who value a tranquil environment. The homes are spacious, modern, and equipped with smart home features, offering both convenience and comfort. Safety is clearly a priority here, and it’s evident in how well the community is maintained. The management staff is exceptional—friendly, responsive, and always professional.
