Sun Hollow has been a tranquil, clean, convenient location for me to live in. Since I've moved in, the ladies at the office have been helpful with April, who is particularly funny and makes her very pleasant to deal with. All the main concerns I've had since I moved in have been taken care of reasonably, and the rest of the staff I've noticed appear to be hard working around the property every morning. In addition, I like how they use positive reinforcement to promote on-time monthly rent payments every month by holding raffles, during which I was able to secure one win within the first three months of moving. It's always a pleasure being rewarded for taking care of your responsibilities. Overall, Sun Hollow apartments have been the best apartment I've lived in thus far, and the location is very convenient for me as so many places are within walking distance. If the pricing remains reasonable, it will be the main factor in whether I renew my lease when the time comes.

I have lived here for a few years. I notice that people tend to put many bad reviews, but I do see a big change with the apartments. The faculty is really sweet. Yes, the apartments are much older, but they try very hard. I've been in very fancy apartments and the customer service wasn't great. I'm happy here and I wish the staff the best. I’ve lived here for 2 years now. At first it was great. Customer service was on point. And it was a great community. However they just very recently changed EVERYTHING. Starting with the office. The ladies are extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. We are currently moving and they almost made it impossible by not verifying our move out notice with our new apartment until the last minute. The office hours are very inconsistent. They’re constantly closed so unless you make an appointment save yourself the trip over here. And good luck making that appointment because they very rarely answer the phone. Maintenance is “ehh” they’re friendly but the idea of “fixing” things is terrible. All they do is slap some caulk on something and call it good. Also work orders take FOREVER to go through. It’s a shame because the location is very nice. You have everything you need within a 10 minute drive. Also the pool is never opened. Hasn’t been open since I moved in so not sure what the problem is with that. I would recommend finding a different property.

Let's start with walking into the front office. All the ladies in the office are extremely helpful and will answer all the questions you have from looking into the many apartments they have available at the time to any questions that may arise while living there. The make sure the property is clean and safe for kids and pets to either play or walk around. Now the apartments are beautiful inside and outside. They are spacious and up to date with alarms, appliances, fixtures such as the fireplace that comes in a few different types of units. They have fun little activities throughout the year for families to do which is a nice welcome. The neighbors are very nice and wonderful to be around. Now to Maintenace. They are fast. They get with you either that day or the next. If they have to order any parts for an apartment, they will let you know how long. Call you before they come over to install it and they are very polite and curtesy inside other homes. If they have to do any work on roofs, balconies/patio, so on. They will let you know ahead of time. Ive been here for almost a year now and I have zero problems with sun hollow.

These apartments are terrible to live at. The maintenance is horrible multiple times things broke down and i submitted a maintenance request and they would come 3-5 days later. Always shutting off the water from 10 am to 10 pm and letting you know the day of. i would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

For what people pay we shouldn’t go days without water and when you do get water it being hot is sketchy. The foundation of a lot of second floor apartments are cracked the balcony is bowed and rotting and so un safe I don’t use it anymore. Tiles on my shower wall keep falling off and nothing is done to fix it the tub is cracked and nothing. The sprinklers are broken and waste water and guess who pays not the property.in general not a good place at all keep looking don’t come here

The ladies in the office were so helpful while I was leasing my apartment. I had so many questions they were so patient with me. I love my little apartment -love the accent wall. The property is also clean and green. I would recommend for sure.
Raises utility bill without notifying us, left us 5 days with out maintenance when our garbage disposal was broken, left us a whole week with out hot water in our apartment DURING THE WINTER with out notifying us. Forgot to add one of us to the utility bill and only realized after 7 months, then continued to say that they were gonna charge us for the other months when it was their mistake. Have told us we were short on our rent 3 times due to them adding our bill incorrectly, then had the audacity to tell us they were gonna charge us a $75 late fee on a mistake they made. The website says they are here at 8:30 in the morning but they don’t show up until 10. The only thing that is actually nice about this place is the neighbors who are kind and will relate on how management is doing something wrong here.
The water gets shut off at least once a month for "emergency maintenance." Hot water barely works. People in the front office aren't there when they should be; they leave early and come in late, making it hard to stop by the front office for anything. I've also come home twice within the last year to find the parking lot filled with cop cars.
