Summit Woods Apartments have two bedroom and 1 bathroom units and an efficiency unit. Summit Woods is located in a private setting off Niley Cook Rd, halfway between Boone and Blowing Rock. The 2/1 unit offers a full-size kitchen with full-size stove/oven, full-size dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, over-the-range microwave, and granite countertops. It includes a stack washer and dryer. Ceiling fan and laminate flooring in the living room. Large closets in each bedroom. Enjoy the upgraded granite countertops and ceramic tile bathrooms. These units are ideal for anyone looking for a new great place to stay. The efficiency unit has a kitchen with granite countertops, full-size refrigerator, full size stove/oven, and over the range microwave. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The efficiencies share a laundry facility on site. Water, sewer and trash included, with dumpster on site. Electric baseboard heat. AWD recommended. No cats allowed. Only dogs less than 30lbs. will be considered. There is a $230 pet fee per animal. Boone High Country Rentals offers online applications, online rent payment, and 24hr emergency maintenance/service. Boone High Country Rentals offers a wide variety of highly sought-after properties. These properties are in high demand each leasing cycle, making the application process both competitive and quick. Once you have received notice, you will have 24 hours to accept (or decline) and electronically (or in person at our office) pay your non-refundable $200 Administrative Fee. This fee is per roommate, in order to reserve the unit/bedroom we have offered you, as well as create your lease and establish your Online Tenant Portal. This fee must be paid before the creation of your lease will begin. Once the administrative fee is received, you will receive your lease for review, as well as the security deposit request for your unit.
