Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Summit Ridge
Current resident. Terrible place to live. Rude management, weird maintenance makes me feel uncomfortable, & stuff breaks in my apartment left & right. 0/10 would not recommend!!!!
I am a 52 year old Executive woman for one of the biggest employers in Texas, and wanted to live close to my work. I thought the apartments were nice on the outside, and ok on the inside. Was fine for a year, until I could buy a house. I applied, and spoke to the leasing agent, who was very very nice, very personable. I was approved, BUT then I was "referred", which means they will screw you at every turn. They wanted a Birth Certificate?!? I bought a house years ago, and wasn't required to supply a birth certificate, then they said they want 2 months rent in advance, plus the prorated for the rest of February!!!! That was over $3,100!! Talk about excessive! NO REASON for that kind of deposit for a 1 bedroom apartment. My credit may not be perfect, but it certainly isn't $3,100 bad. The Property Manager and Assistant Manager all nice when you are a prospect, but god forbid if they have to go the extra mile to help! Rude managers!!! I wouldn't live there for free, just because of the management! 52 years old, HIGHLY educated, Executive Professional, and an American Citizen, with no criminal history and I am was treated like I was the biggest "risk" that walked the planet! OUTRAGEOUS! DO YOUR HOMEWORK people. Talk to them first then apply if you have to. Summit Ridge took $249.29 of my month and refuse to return it because they said I was "approved". That's how they make money is approving someone and KNOWING people can't afford $3,100 down, and then take your administrative fee! I'll be posting this review where ever I can!!!
Do not move here. The wall are super thin, you hear folks running up and down the steps. Oh let’s not forget the stomping neighbors that I’ve reported multiple times. They don’t have a care in the world. I will never rent here again. Everything needs to be upgraded but most of all the apartments have some structural issues. You can tell that they painted over the cracks in the walls. My walls are cracking as I type this message. When I first moved I was tons the carpet was steamed cleaned, nope they lied I had to get a cleaning service to come out and steam my carpet due to ticks being in the carpet. The paint on the tub is peeling from when they tried to cover up that the tub is old and need to be replaced. I can go on and on!
They disable parking passes for no reason and have you towed for leaving a bad review. Can’t own up to their mistakes or make them right.

Summit Ridge is definitely a great place to live thus far. In spite of going under new management and system updating/transfer, the company did a great job in maintaining new residents and getting everything together to make things extremely simple. I love the entire crew that VaSean has put together. VaSean is an amazing person/manager. I have never known a manager to call your personally to simply ask how was your move, and if there was anything I needed. The entire crew practice very strong communication skills, and I think that alone makes the stay very warm here. The maintenance is also amazing, 9/10 they will be on their way to fix or converse on anything a resident may need. The office staff are extremely friendly. VaSean has a perfect team here. Summit Ridge definitely has my vote, YES!
My name is Michael Brown and I am a resident at Summit Ridge apartment Arlington Texas. The leasing and maintenance team AMAZING! I love how the treat residents with respect and decency. The property manager VeSean is a great leader and she always has answers to any questions or concerns that I may have. Alex always greats you with a warm smile and great customer service. Juan the head maintenance manager is one of my favorite! It’s been times where I have had an issue with my apartment and Juan has shown up and went above and beyond! He would notice something and fix it without being asked. He’s a true professional, great personality and he takes his job very seriously and I respect and like that about him. It’s been several times he has been on his maintenance cart and stopped to ask if I needed help when he didn’t have to do that and that shows a lot about his character. Because of the staff... I wouldn’t hesitate to refer this property to anyone! -Michael Brown apt.1708
The apartments are not good. They have mold in the air vents. Please check the air vents before moving in.If rent an apartment with carpet in it you will not receive your deposit back if you paid one.The exercise room has old and broken down equipment. The dishwasher line has mold in it as well. These apartments are the worst of the worst. Also the office employees are very petty.
I went to summit to rent an apartment last month. The new manager told the apartment is gonna be renovated and it is gonna be ready by two weeks. She promised to prepare the unit by that day. I went there everyday and I saw no progress. After 10 days I went to her office and she said the apartment is not gonna be ready by November. She was reluctant and reckless about what she promised. The manager and her supervisor didn’t care about my situation as a new student who couldn’t find an apartment. I don’t recommend summit to anyone because of its awful system of management.
I lived here for 4 years. It was fine before new management. Now this is the worst place to live. They don’t care about you. Living anywhere else would be much better than here. My advice: Don’t Rent Any Apartments Here!
I have been here since July 2017 and the maintenance has gone to the dumps since new management came in. The office don't care at all all they care about is the money. I haven't missed a rent payment since I moved in 1st time I have troubles with their online pay thing then tell us to pay or move out its horrible. There has been a weed smell coming through the vents for 2 or 3 months now. We put a work order in for our stove about the one burner coming on when the oven is on maintenance came in while we weren't here which is something we said that we didn't want them to do which they said it was it working order. Do not move here they are nice when they move you in but they are horrible after you moved in.
Please stay away from here. The manangement is terrible!! The manager in the office is not professional at all. If you have to deal with anybody there, deal with Nikki, she is great to work with. The property is starting to go downhill. I have been here for 4 years and I can not wait until my lease is up. Are the apartments nice? Yes, but for what you pay here you can find somewhere else that might be cheaper. Since I have been here, the office staff has change at least 3 times. That says a lot about this place.. My apartment was broken into, and not once did anybody reach out to me after I left several messages. The rent is overpriced due to the fact it is in the Arlington Entertainment Disctrict. The Review below is false, and probably written by the property!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and bringing this to our attention. We at Bell work hard to provide residents and nonresidents with the best customer care possible and show them the luxury of Hassle Free Living. We would love to have an opportunity to change your opinion of this apartment community before you decide to move out. Please feel free to call us or stop by the office so we may discuss how to do so. -Kathy, Bell Reputation Team
The quality of living isn't what it was when I moved here 9 years ago. I am currently under a lease and hesitate to state certain facts.
My apartment is AMAZING! Whenever I have a problem or maintenance issue they fix it same day. The office staff is amazing and they make an effort to know everyone. My last apartment charged me to pay rent online were Summit Ridge doesn't charge me at all. They keep you updated on all property changes. Nice size community and so much to do around the community. I am right by the Texas Ranger's stadium, Cowboys Stadium, Six flags and Hurricane Harbor. You would think traffic is horrible but it's not. My Apartments are the best and I plan on renewing! It's not just an apartment it's my HOME.
I love my aportmen. This is the best in the all area. I in front of the Texas Rangers Park and near Huracan Harbor.
