Love the mature trees on the property. I feel like I am in camp ground. I use to camp and walk trails. There still some potholes on property that didn’t get fix when black top crew was here in early summer. One of them is on greyfriar court. I was disappointed this year that the pool wasn’t open very much. I think it was closed more than open. I think it would be important to include in one of the news email that get sent out informing residents about change in security for the property and how to reach them. I found out when reported a incident involving my roommates tire being stolen from her car.

Choose another option before here
The apartment community is kept up inconsistently; the bushes leading into my apartment building blocked the walk way for months amongst other things. The property management has VERY poor communication and respond when they feel they want. The fees attached to the rent are ridiculous! The apartments are old and outdated but they will paint over just about anything or half fix for you to move in. The apartment itself had issues and it takes maintenance forever to fix or they completely ignore it unless you post on the "community board" for everyone to see. My floor in the hall way was soaked in water for weeks due to something leaking in the utility closet! The parking is horrible and they're supposed to have a towing company but there are cars parked for months abandoned and they do nothing about it. The common hall way stays dirty and is cleaned inconsistently. The community washer/dryer is always broken. When I moved they overcharged me and the property manager never replied to email regarding the fees; when I visited the office the leasing agent couldn't answer anything. For the amount they charge in rent AND fees you can find a better place.

I have lived here for 3 years and have really enjoyed it. The staff is always helpful no matter how many times I bug them LOL. My only wish is that I could transfer to an updated unit, but no such luck there since eent prices keep increasing maybe some day

Every time we have a maintenance request it is handled very quickly and the work takes less than a day. The staff is friendly and helpful and the workers that come into our apartment are polite and respectful. No one likes have to call maintenance but the staff here make the experience the best it can be.

Havent had a bad experience as of yet. Office staff is amazing. Would love to see more updates. Washers are extremely loud, small, would also like to see more washer & dryers, Laundry room is like a basement. Cold & dark.

Ive only been here a month now, but the apartment is nice. The staff was swamped (online services were being remodeled and were down) but they did a nice job giving us the information and helping with paperwork. The community is very close to several major stores and Keystone Ave. There was a minor issue within the apartment and the repair team fixed it quickly. So far, this place has been relatively quiet and nice.

Read This Before Considering Move-In
I don't leave bad reviews, unless there are serious problems needing to be addressed. If you're considering moving here, definitely consider the following.... I've tried to reach out to management about multiple ongoing problems (I know I'm not the only one). The first problem being the geese. IT'S OBSURD. I live along the water, and you do NOT want to live here anywhere close to the water. I've been a tenant for over 1.5 years and there are literally over 70 geese outside my apartment for 4 months out of the year (I counted). Everyone in my building jokes about how they're stepping in goose poop all the time, it's disgusting. You can't imagine how insanely loud the geese are. Many of the tenants talk about how we can't sleep at night, and how management doesn't care. They basically told me there's nothing they can do...NOT true. Many apartment complexes will hire goose removal service (especially when it's this bad) There are plenty of other issues like keeping the workout room clean. (There's never any soap, overflowing trash cans, etc). I've called once every few weeks (along with others) asking them to clean the workout facility (even during COVID), and they say they will, but it never lasts long. Until they actually address these issues and start caring more about the tenants living conditions, I would not recommend living here. I even posted in the community portal if they can do something about the geese, etc. They delete/ prevent my posts from ever being posted. It's really sad because this apartment complex is good pricing and has so much potential with being in a great location.

Hi Resident, Thank you for sharing your experiences. We definitely understand your concerns. Living on the water does have the unfortunate consequence of the geese and ducks that migrate annually. The best way to discourage the geese from coming back year after year is to stop feeding them. We are continuing the educate the residents and will fine those who continue to provide food. We also plan on putting out decoys, and will also destroy empty nests when we come across them to discourage egg-laying. With Canadian Geese being not only a protected species, but also very smart, there's not a humane or cost-effective way of eliminating geese forever when you have several bodies of water. The fitness center is cleaned and sanitized weekly without fail, and has been for the past several years. This occurs either on Sunday or Monday mornings depending on how many residents are in the fitness center. Lastly, we do not delete or prevent anyone's posts from showing on the resident portal unless they are profane. However, all posts must go through an approval process regardless of content. We approve these posts at least 2x per week. I approved one of yours last week. Feel free to email me directly with any other questions or concerns. Summit at keystone is my first apartment, and I was very anxious diving into it but the staff helped me all the way through with a very easy process, and the price was right for me. The neighborhood is quiet, and peaceful at night, and the location is great.

If you are a non-smoker and/or have low tolerance to smoke, please pass on these apartments. The non-smoking addendum is not something that is upheld as an actual policy. The buildings house both smokers and non-smokers (who are allowed to smoke in their apartments, despite the non-smoking addendum which "strictly" prohibits smoking in "any apartment, building, or interior of any portion of the apartment community". Section 4 of the non-smoking addendum. "Smoking of non-tobacco products... inside any apartment or building is also prohibited".

Hi Anonymous! We appreciate your review. While we do have a non-smoking addendum that prohibits cigarette smoking or tobacco use in our apartments, it isn't as easy to enforce as one might think. It can sometimes be hard to pinpoint exactly who's violating the policy when there's so many apartment in close proximity to one another. If we would have known who the violator was, we could have solved the problem immediately. In your particular case, we offered to transfer you to a different unit, or clean the ductwork and other odor-preventing measures in your current apartment to make your stay more pleasant.
