Summerwind

Summerwind was one of my top 3 definitely became #1 after touring, the community is so welcoming and peaceful. Absolutely LOVE my apartment it’s so spacious it comes with all your must need appliances, and for the price it was my cherry on the top! I would honestly recommend it to anyone who asked me, it’s so convenient everything is right around the corner, and the staff is so nice and friendly. Ms.Iris made it so easy and comfortable for me, I LOVE IT!!

Honestly my experience at Summerwind has been exceptional. This is my first time living away from home and it has been the best decision I have made. Safe,loving and supportive environment.

Never had a problem with residents, or staff, I love it , very quiet , no complaints

I would recommend Summerwind Apartments. This place is very nice and clean The manger is great and she takes care of issues quickly . I haven't seen any bugs in my apartment Showing how clean the apartments are. Summerwind is a home, not just an apartment.

Honestly the best selection I have made to live my life

I have lived at Summerwind for 5 years and it has been pleasurable.

I moved into the Summerwind complex on Sept 9, 2024. Although the neighborhood is great, my overall experience has been disappointing. Some of the staff are unfriendly, difficult to deal with, or slow to respond. Additionally, some of the exterior lights in common areas remain off at night, making the complex feel dark and uninviting. To top it off, I discovered pests in my apartment on my very first night after moving in.

be careful that the unit you move into doesn’t have a pest problem my 7 year old almost fell an hurt herself extremely bad running from a roach after bombing my unit and haveibgbpest controls spray two weeks in a row

We are not happy with the management here in Summerwind. We strongly feel that management is very disrespectful towards tenants whenever we approach them for our problems. Our recent move to a new unit was very painful and frustrating with problems such as dryer not working, some of the premises not clean, had issues with internet connection, no information provided regarding mandated internet connection, AC units around the house are so noisy during nights.

Summerwind has been my home for 5 years and I absolutely love it here.

We love the grounds here. They are very well maintained. We see service people working all the time and have enjoyed our time here so far.

Summerwind is an excellent community with top notch grounds, maintenance, and front office staff. The property is very well kept, the office staff are helpful and kind, and the maintenance team is very efficient! I feel safe at the property and walking in the surrounding neighborhoods. The complex is very quiet as well as my unit. I have neighbors on two sides, and never hear them! The rates are competitive and the amenities are good. I highly recommend Summerwind!

Good place for family with children and all age groups really. Safe community with garden, lots of greenery. Good maintenance support.

Not good with current experience, maintenance and leasing office team is not lenient for residence.

This is my first time renting and I must say I feel safe, secure and at peace with my decision. It is a great space for me being in school and I have so much available to me. Everyone is super nice especially the leasing staff. I look forward to the remainder of my time here.

I have loved living in Summer Wind apartments. This is a small community and the staff is amazing. Never had any major maintenance issues, but for what I’ve reported they immediately take care of it. All staff is amazing!!

We love to continue living in Summerwind apartments. It is very conveniently located to all shopping around and great schools. The community is safe and close to nature with so many parks for children, golf courses, and walking paths.

Good community in a prime location, easy access for schools, groceries, urgent care, etc...

Summerwind has felt like home from the moment I first toured the property. Four years later, I'm still in love with it.

SummerWind is an ideal community for a safe and family-friendly living experience. There is so much greenery without having to step out into the world outside. They keep up with the outdoor maintenance, have paved walkways, and sensitive to residents' schedules - we have lighted walkways. People feel safe to walk at night. A lot of activities for kids throughout the year in the club room, and good facilities to host a small gathering or meet at the club house. There is a pool and fitness center and the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

I am extremely pleased with the complex housing and public areas. I anticipate staying here a good long time.

I need my apps and to have the opportunity to do everything online is needed. Being able to do auto-pay or just simply paying for rent online and not have to catch anyone is a plus for me. I really appreciate the option of submitting maintenance request online and then being able to go back and keep track. It’s also awesome once the service is complete, it reflects the change! On top of that, maintenance works quickly to resolve the issues! I haven’t had to report to the office for anything, I had a smooth walk through and approval of the apartment and application. Everyone communicated well! With my work schedule and just daily routines my availability doesn’t mirror when y’all are available. It would be cool to have updated appliances, I might have an older layout. I’ve seen friend’s apartments and I’m like hey that looks really nice! But it’s still cute with the lighter tones and the lights in the courtyard give a romantic feeling!

Summer wind Apartments are a smaller community. The landscape and surrounding community areas are well maintained. The apartments have a great layout with plenty of natural light.

I enjoy living here it is quiet and clean . The gym facilities equipment upgrade , simple but very nice.

It’s a shame that this nice apartment complex has unprofessional people working there. We were really excited to begin the application for this complex but this place never seems to answer the phone, email or text. We had a couple questions on the floor plans and called for days. Left messages and no one bother to email, or call me back. Who is running this place? What kind of message does that send your future residents? We did our research and checked out their reviews and most them complain about the same thing. We ignore it since it was a nice place with everything we were looking for, but thank goodness we didn’t go through with it. If the front desk can’t bother to give you a call back or email, now imagine when you have a real issue there. Beware of this place.

Grounds are clean. Apartments are nice. Staff is fantastic. Maintenance is top notch. Neighbors are friendly. Great place to life.
