Visited the property last month. The area is very clean and well maintained. My niece lives at Summerwell and I love everything about her home. I met Ronald, one of the maintenance team members, during my visit. He was very knowledgeable of the property and was able to point out the different amenities available on site. Overall, the property and staff are awesome and the Summerwell looks like a great place to live.

Just writing to express the wonderful visit I had at this property. I'm looking to relocate to the Wendell area and a friend recommended Wendell Falls area. I'm not ready to buy just yet so I visited Summerwell Harmony and was blown away at the variety and quality of the floorplans available for lease. I met the maintenance staff as I was looking for the leasing center, and they were so helpful in showing me the directions. I met with Reynaldo and Amy at the leasing center. They answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the property and the process of conducting a self guided tour. This property is very nice and I appreciate how clean the property was. I would highly recommended Summerwell Harmony!
