The respect and courtesy that the management team shows to the residents is outstanding. They make you feel like you matter. The location is great, and the property is well kept . I have been a resident for some time, and I am satisfied to call this my home.

I have never felt so welcomed and respected as I have by Regan and Aiden. They went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for in a home. I have been looking at Summerview for two years and finally decided to call it home. The absolute best decision I have made. I thank them so much for everything they did to welcome me, answer all my questions and walk me kindly through every aspect of making this my new home!! Kudos times 100 to them!!

I moved into the area back in November and it’s been perfect! I tend to make frequent visits to the clubhouse to utilize the free coffee, and never fail to be greeted warmly and have a nice conversation that makes me continue to feel welcomed in the community. Communication is always a huge thing with me, and Regan is one that has been on top of that since the application process for me! The location is great as well - being just 2-10 minutes from anything and everything you might need.

I have been living at Summer View by Champions for nearly a year, and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and quick to address any concerns. Maintenance is prompt and reliable, which adds to the overall convenience of living here. The apartments are well-kept, clean, and reasonably priced, making them a great choice. I highly recommend Summer View to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home!

I love living at Summerview! I moved in back in September and it has been such a great experience thus far. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and beautifully landscaped. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always making sure residents feel valued and taken care of. I particularly enjoy our clubhouse— being able to grab a cup of coffee and work from the clubhouse has been such a life saver for my work from home days. The location is also super convenient, close to shopping and dining. I highly recommend Summerview to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I’ve lived in Columbus for 17 years and it means a lot to say this has been the most pleasant place to move into. Good neighbors and a wonderful staff in the leasing office makes a great community. I personally have not had a single issue. My daughters are safe and that alone holds heavy value.

I've been living here now for 3 years and I couldn't be happier about it. Being confined to a wheelchair has been a difficult transition for me but the apartment layout is very wheelchair friendly. My neighbors are all friendly and will stop and chat for a bit making it feel like a community. I can't speak enough about the staff. Scott the maintenance man has helped me with a few minor problems here and is always cheerful and great to talk to. The office staff knowing my situation is always willing to drop off packages for me and I'm always greeted with a smile and a warm hello. If you are considering moving here, don't think twice about it. You won't regret it. And we're right next to Polaris so... what are you waiting for? Oh and did I mention the beautiful ponds with fountains? Jim~

I have been at Summerview for 10 years now! It's an awesome community. I love the office and maintenance staff. The rent is the lowest in the area. I would definitely recommend living here!

I've lived here for 8 years and recommend living here. The ladies Laureen&Trudy are great and always helpful. Jimmy who works weekends is helpful also. If your looking for a great community to live in come here you won't be disappointed. Mantince is great also they come quickly when you need something even as simple as changing your furnace filter. When you drive through community people wave and smile even when out walking your pets people stop and say hi Friendly in every way

I lived in Summerview for 4 years and enjoyed every minute. Jeff in maintenance has to be the friendliest guy you will every come across. He addresses your issues mostly that day if not within 24 hours. The manager Lauren and her staff are well trained and take care to listen to your needs and accommodate you the best of their abilities. Quiet and safe, I would recommend Summerview to anyone. Location is to great schools, shopping and restaurants.

I have been living here since 2 years. Highlights of this community a) Cool, friendly & quick responsding management b) Best for providing resolution to Maintenance issues c) Broad community roads d) Lots of free parking spots e) Very close to Polaris Fashion place, Ikea, Kroger, Costco, Chase & walking distance to Lazelle Woods Park etc...

I just moved out of Summerview. I lived there for four years. They were great to me during that time and promptly addressed the few maintenance issues that arose over that time. Plus, it was very convenient to be in the middle of Polaris. It was close to everything that I needed at the time, and the community is very friendly. The neighborhood is also very walkable. My decision to move certainly did not have anything to do with my experience of my living space or the Summerview staff!

Going on my 5th year at Summerview and I have NO COMPLAINTS!!! Its a really quiet neighborhood, clean swimming pool that is never crowed.......and best of all its close to EVERYTHING!! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. If I ever call with a problem, they are there right away to help fix it. I highly recommend Summerview!!

Summerview is an amazing community. The apartments are well maintained and the overall upkeep is next to none. Donna is one of the best management people I have ever met, she definitely cares about her residents, and tries to make everyone feel that this is their home. I love the fact that I don't have to pay a pet fee for my dog. The maintenance dept. is on the ball, with most issues taken care of within 24 hrs. The location is convenient to everything, with the mall, Kroger, Target, and the freeway right around the corner. I would highly recommend giving Summerview a look, it's a great place to live. At least I think so!

It is scary to believe that over 10 years has passed since i moved into Summerview apartments. Clearly... I LOVE my home... otherwise I would have moved a long time ago. Neighbors, community and the staff at Summerview are friendly. If there is a maintenance issue, it is resolved within 24 hours. It is located close to parks, shopping, dining and entertainment!!! Everything with walking distance. The little things that I love about Summerview is that it is not a huge complex. It small, quiet and relaxed. With multiple water fountains, giving a tranquil feel/sounds after a long day of work. I highly recommend Summerview apartments.
