The office staff were more welcoming to me than all of the other apartment complexes that I personally visited. And I visited almost 20 of them, between Greenville and Carrollton, Texas. We have been fortunate to have our residence in summer crossing apartment for last 2 years. The Maintenance team and the members in leasing office ( special shoutout to Alex) are very good in their job and do it very well. It's a good community. Very peaceful. Good wide roads inside apartment and good amount of parking available. All around it is a great apartment to live in. Thank you!

The complex is quiet. The staff doesn't regulate who uses the covered parking as tenants are supposed to have a sticker to use. The fees charged on top of the rent each month will vary and won't be fixed so be prepared for that. The staff also won't notify you if there's been a new rate for the fee. I like the complex, and the apartment is nice but the fees are quite ridiculous.

The rent is very affordable, and the staff are OK, they can be a bit more friendly. Please avoid accepting their recommendations for internet or electricity, because these are commissions for them and there are many cheaper options elsewhere. So, I switched to Rhythm for electricity instead of their Ambit and paid 200$ disconnection fee.

I relocated here to Texas in March and Summer Crossing is where I chose to live and I'm glad I did. I've only been living in the community for 3 weeks and I love how quiet and clean the complex stays. This makes me feel at home.

We are enjoying the location of this apartment as its close to every shop needed, you even can walk to shopping centers . We rarely need to go out of the area to run errands.

great community, great amenities, really good location, friendly staff, volleyball, pools, high ceilings, patio, dogs, cats, walls are not thin, well built

I am New here but I’ve really been enjoying the community it is nice, clean, and quiet. It’s nice to see that every 20 or so feet there are dog cans with dog bags for poop.

I Enjoy living here at Summers Crossing Apartment Home. Such great atmosphere! Kirk, Andres and Jose are the BEST. The price of rent is too high for these apartments. That’s the only thing I don’t like. The Community is great. It’s very quiet and so peaceful. Noise level is Awesome.

It’s quiet most of the time and the amenities are pretty cool too. It’s an older apartment complex but that’s the beauty and appeal of it. The grounds are always well manicured and the maintenance crew are always very responsive to my work order which rarely happens. All and all it’s a good place to live.

I absolutely love it here. The maintenance staff is top notch and office staff is great. Every time I’ve had a problem, it’s been heard and fixed immediately. Neighbors are great too, I really couldn’t ask for a better place. Covered parking is also an added bonus!
